Dog Boarding in Amissville

Once again, Dana does not disappoint! For this visit Dana pet sat our Big Gurl for almost three weeks. Dana gave us such reassurance that our big baby was safe and calm and THRIVED while we were away for so long. Thank you Dana for always meeting our expectations, but most importantly for taking wonderful care of Maya!!!!!

Jessica (and family) is amazing! Our little puppy, Oliver, had an absolute blast! He loves people and other dogs, so it was perfect for him. He got tons of playtime and snuggles. Jessica made sure to keep us up to date on how he was doing and sent tons of pictures and videos. She's our go to for not just boarding but puppy daycare too.

Took us a week to find a sitter for our girls. And finally find Cori. We are so happy we found her, she took care of our dogs while we are out of town. We are at peace and will use her service again.

Callie had a very fun day playing with Charlotte. They get along so well. Jennifer kept us informed and sent us plenty of pictures. Always feel good when Callie stays with Jennifer.

We couldn’t be happier with the care Jocelin provided for our two dogs—a sweet senior who needs extra care and an unsure pup who’s slow to trust and takes time to warm up to new people. Jocelin was incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive with both of them. Our senior dog was given the extra attention and care she needs, and our shy one slowly came out of his shell thanks to Jocelin's calm and kind approach. We received regular updates and photos, and it was clear our pups were in great hands. We came home to happy, relaxed dogs—and that says everything. Highly recommend Jocelin for anyone looking for a thoughtful and reliable pet sitter, especially for pets who need a little extra TLC.

Like the first caregiver we had thru Rover Jessica was amazing! She made time to meet the day before for a thorough introduction and she listened carefully. She reinforced Turbo’s basic first level service dog training so that he came back a perfect gentleman instead of lunging, confused, and nervous. He evidently got a lot of exercise and grooming, so much so that not one clump of hair is shedding off him! I am going to send him for playdates with her beautiful dog Ruby a couple times a month, too! All in all, his stay exceeded all my expectations!

This was our first experience using Rover, and Chaoran made it an EXCELLENT one! She was very communicative, sending updates and photos every day of our trip. Our Molly was happy and taken care of well during her stay. We would definitely use Chaoran as a pet sitter again in the future.

This was our pup’s second stay with Leah and Christopher. They are a sweet family and always treat our dog as their own. They are also very reliable, happy to accommodate my last minute schedule changes, and quick to respond to all messages. We’ll definitely reach out to Leah and Christopher next time we need to board our fur baby again.

Nilla loved her stay with Tamara. She got lots of attention and got along great with Tamara's dogs. Would definitely request Tamara's help again in the future!

Thanks to Christine and her family for their kindness and compassion caring for our elder dog in our absence. The stay turned out to be harder on our dog than anticipated (due to his age) and we are grateful that Christine persevered to keep him comfortable, fed, and on his medication. We were also unexpectedly delayed and appreciate that Christine was willing to extend the booking until we could get home.

We used Courtney while we went on an almost two week long trip and had our dog Wicket stay with her. She was wonderful and took great care of her. Wicket loved her other dogs too!

Whitney is the sweetest. She took such good care of my 16 year old shih tzu. Bella was loved by her family. Would def recommend her as a sitter for your furry pet.

Maria communicated very well before and throughout our dog’s stay with her. She sent pictures and updates during the stay, which was great! Dustie had a fun time with Maria, we’ll definitely have Dustie stay with her again!

Tara was a lifesaver! We left our lil Mia with her during our wedding trip and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. From the very first day, she treated Mia like her own. She sent us adorable photo updates every day, kept us informed about how Mia was doing, and made us feel completely at ease while we were miles away and busy with our wedding and family. Knowing that Mia was safe and loved made a huge difference! Her kids are the kindest and sweetest boys, and they clearly loved Mia and treated her very well - I’m sure she enjoyed spending time with them too. When we came back, Tara even gave us the sweetest cards, such a thoughtful touch. We’d rate Tara 11/10 if we could, she’s the best dog sitter we’ve ever had. If you’re lucky enough to have her care for your pup, just know they’ll be in great hands 💕🐶

Stacie made us feel comfortable leaving our dog with her for the week. She has a great setup and is very experienced in handling all situations. Bucky was a great host as well! We received daily photos, which helped us feel at ease while we were away. I highly recommend her!

Jaime, Mike, and their family were truly a home away from home for Orion during the holidays. He had such a wonderful and fun time with all of you. Thank you for sharing updates and photos, and for welcoming him into your extended family celebrations. I also really appreciate your flexibility with drop‑off and pick‑up, and for accommodating his stay around your prior plans. I would happily leave Orion with you anytime and will gladly recommend your family to our friends and loved ones.

Another great experience with Julie! She watched our dog through a long Thanksgiving vacation.. she clearly cares for her as her own, and we feel so comfortable knowing she’s so well loved and cared for!

It was clear that Tillie was very relaxed with Katelyn and her dog, April, and enjoyed her time with play and walks. Katelyn sent many photos and videos which put us at ease. We would definitely ask Katelyn to watch our baby girl again.
