Absolutely wonderful experience! Charissa is very attentive and caring in dealing with the dogs. Plenty of space for them to play, which our Penny Bear loved! Charissa is constantly aware of the dogs' behavior and interaction, which provides a happy and safe environment.

Winston seemed calm and happy after his time with Kayla. That does not always happen!

Paula is always very flexible and accommodating to last minute changes. She will keep an eye on your dog's health and let you know as soon as there's a concern and does what she can to make the dog comfortable. She really cares about your dog as if it's her own! I highly recommend her!

Mac had such a great day with this super sweet pup loving family! We were so grateful for the pics and videos and got updates throughout the day. He was well cared for and seemed to have lots of fun. We'd gladly have Bertie and family take care of Mac again - they loved him like their own!
