Marisa was perfect for checking on Henry. You can tell she really loves animals. She sent pictures and was patient with Henry since he's a little shy at first.

Susan came prior to her scheduled visits to meet me and my cat and walk through the details of when I'd be gone. This was my first time using Rover so I was a little nervous, but Susan was great.
