Dog Boarding in Ashland

I cannot say enough good things about Amy! This was our first time using Rover, and she knocked our first experience out of the park. She sent daily pictures and updates of how our dog was doing in her care. When he started having tummy troubles while we were gone, she reached out to us and offered to give him chicken and rice to help settle his stomach. When we picked him up, she sent us home with some extra pads that ended up being super helpful, and she also gave us the rest of the chicken and rice she had made for him. If we take a trip in the future where he cannot go with us, I will definitely use Amy again.

Cyndi is fantastic! She give loving attention to my pup. She sends photos throughout the stay and genuinely cares for the pups she takes exceptional care of.

As a Rover user, I encountered a challenge in finding a pet sitter with a clean and suitable space for my pet. However, I was fortunate to come across Sarah, who not only has a lovely home but also possesses excellent interpersonal skills. She, along with her adorable baby, warmly welcomed my cat Roxxy into their family. Throughout Roxxy's stay, Sarah sent me pictures of her, which was greatly appreciated.

From the moment we met, her professionalism and genuine love for animals were evident. My puppy returned home happy, well-cared for, and seemingly having enjoyed a vacation of his own! Communication was consistent and it put my mind at ease knowing he was in such capable hands. I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking top-notch care for their furry friend. Will definitely be returning for future boarding needs!

Kelsi took great care of our girl! She was super flexible and responded quickly when asking to book the night before! She sent plenty of pictures, updates and treated her like she was at home! Will definitely use her again!

Another great stay with Matt. Communication and care was excellent, as always. Henry had a great time and I would recommend you to anyone seeking someone to watch their fur child.

Ruben is very sensitive the emotional needs of dogs. Our dog was anxious about his first time with a boarding service, and Ruben made sure he got what he needed during his stay. He was flexible and accommodating of our dog's needs, and the process was easy and convenient.

I can’t put into words how awesome Michelle was - she sent so many photo updates throughout our dogs stay because she knew how much we missed him. I felt so comfortable and confident leaving our pup in Michelle’s care! Her dog, Milo, was an awesome playmate for Moose and was so sweet to him! Her fenced in backyard was also such a nice space for the dogs to run around and play in. If you’re looking for an attentive, dog-loving pet sitter in Richmond, I highly recommend Michelle😊

I want to thank Krystal for being caring and understanding on my cat need. My cat was comfortable at her home. I was nervous about Sheba being around other cats. Krystal took great care in allowing Sheba to find her comfort zone. I would love to continue having her when I need a cat sitter.

Jennifer was great, it's very hard when you have cats to board them. I was so happy to find Jennifer, she took care of my two cats while we were having repair work done to our home. She event sent me pictures of my kitties to let me see how happy they were. I highly recommend Jennifer, she clearly loves animals and your pets are in great hands with her.

If we could leave 10 stars we would! Jeanette and Marvin took excellent care of our “baby”! They are such a loving and caring couple and we were very comfortable leaving our Bella with them!

I had a very pleasant experience with Sheyanna. She took great care of Coco and was communicative, sent me updates , pictures and videos . Will definitely work with her again !

Cheryl was wonderful with Franco while my husband and I went on an extended vacation. She gave us daily updates and cared for him like her own. Highly recommend !

We highly recommend Ronda. She kept our dog over the weekend while we were in the area visiting family. She is easy to work with and We especially liked the great communication. It was a great experience. We already booked a future visit.

Susan and her husband are amazing; our dog Cooper seems so at home with them and their dog Bailey. Susan is so easy to communicate and coordinate with and has gone above and beyond in her flexibility with our dog's medical needs.

Sheri and her family were fantastic sitters for Ruger during the week we were on vacation! This was our first time having someone who was not immediate family/friends dog sit for us and Sheri put all of our worries at ease almost immediately. Prior to his stay, she invited us to her home to have a meet and greet to make sure everything was good for us which was very nice. They took him on adventurers and outings so I know he had a good time. She sent updates with photos daily (and usually multiple times a day!) which made us feel so much better about being away. She was accommodating in every way and extremely responsive. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Sheri and look forward to having her watch Ruger again in the future.

Myrna was so incredible with my Daisy girl. She got so much attention, play time, and walks — it was clear from every photo she was having a blast! Myrna even went above and beyond when Daisy’s ears started bothering her and kept me updated every step of the way. Will absolutely be a repeat client!

I really lucked up on finding Damacia on Rover! She is Great! I can tell she has plenty of patience with the pups. She keeps me informed, and shares pictures everyday! This is my second time letting her watch my Bentley. I’m so glad I found Damacia!

We had a great experience with Pamela and Paul and would absolutely use them again. It was easy to schedule a meet and greet, and communication was great throughout. My pup seemed to have a wonderful time and it was nice to receive pictures throughout the stay. I would highly recommend Pamela and Paul for boarding.
