I had a great experience with Cathy! Her communication was excellent - she was responsive, clear, and kept me updated with detailed messages. She recognized my cat was overly anxious while I was away and she was more than willing to adjust the plans to fit my needs. Would highly recommend and will be booking for future services!

My animals always receive great care and Isabella is great at communicating with me and I know I can always message her if something comes up.

Monique did an excellent job taking care of my two cats while I was out of town! She always sent me updates and daily photos so I could see them every day. I would certainly request Monique’s pet care services again!

Allyson is so wonderful to our quirky kitty. He is always in a great mood when we come home from a trip Allyson’s communication is wonderful as well, including any questions that come up and her check in notifications/pictures are always enjoyed by our entire family. She has quickly become our go-to sitter for all our pet care.

Haven was absolutely wonderful with my two senior cats, Brother and Bitty. Both are on transdermal methimazole, and she handled their medication confidently and consistently. She sent two photos every morning and evening, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Her communication was reliable and reassuring, and it was clear she genuinely cared about my cats. She also went above and beyond—cleaning up cat vomit without hesitation and even turning off a TV that had accidentally been left on. Those extra details really stood out. I came home to happy, calm cats and a well-kept home. I would absolutely book Haven again and highly recommend her, especially for senior pets or those with medical needs.

Krista always does a great job taking care of my shy cat and making her feel comfortable around her. She takes her time with Callie and does everything I have asked with feeding, etc.

We were happy with Eddie's care of our Maine Coon cat. He came to visit beforehand and got to know Wolfie before we left. We would definitely hire Eddie again.

We recently went out of town and had Shannon drop in daily to take care of our 9 y/o cat. Shannon was fantastic! She is timely with her visits, highly communicative regarding status and pictures and provided the info we needed to feel comfortable that our anxious Lucy girl was being well cared for. Lauren was great. I had never left my cat for 10 days before so I was very anxious. The pictures Lauren sent every time she dropped by were so appreciated. I arrived home to a slightly annoyed with me cat who was well fed and cuddled while I was gone. I will be recommending Rover and Lauren to friends and family!

Cathy Jo did a wonderful job, taking care of my two cats in my new apartment. I had to go away for 2 weeks after just moving into a new place and I was very worried about how the cats would settle in. Cathy Jo sent frequent pictures of them eating, running around the apartment, and sitting on her lap on the couch. it did a lot to calm my anxiety. She also contacted me a couple times with some feeding concerns and we were able to work that out. I will definitely rebook with Cathy Jo in the future.
