Samantha was awesome with my cat who appeared to be very at ease with her right away. She was also very communicative and flexible accepting a last minute extension of the booking due to a change of plans.

Excellent communication and care. I felt that my skittish cat was in good hands. It means a lot that she eventually warmed up to Monica, because I know that’s hard for her.

Shannon is truly one of a kind when it comes to caring for our furfamily. She not only takes time for feeding and exercising but goes above and beyond with the love and care she shows. We can see how much our pets adore her, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands. Her attention to detail and dedication to their well-being are unmatched. It would be hard to find another Shannon—we’re so grateful to have found someone as amazing as her!

Aimee was wonderful - she kept me updated throughout her drop ins and did everything I asked her to do. My cats were very happy when I came back!

Jocelyn has been super sweet and patient with Kylo! He’s a young puppy and it’s a lot of work. He loves playing with her and sitting out on the balcony with her. I got to see him with her on her visit today and loved seeing how relaxed he was. He even let her take him for a walk and didn’t cry when I didn’t come with which is huge for my Velcro boy. She’s fabulous 💖

Overall, it was a great experience, I would definitely recommend her. I wish I could give a 4.5-star review. Rose took care of our furball well. We returned to a well-fed and not upset cat, which was great! The only thing I wished we received more was a bit more of what she did with him during her visit, we're used to other Rovers giving us a "today Tamal was extra sweet, we cuddled we played, and gave him rubs!" and plenty of pictures, we only got 1 each day, and we missed him! She told us he knocked over his ceramic treat container and so she cleaned that mess and made sure he was okay, so we appreciated that a lot.

Tara was great with Sam! My dog has separation anxiety so I can’t leave him alone, and Sam took to Tara right away when she came to stay with him for a few hours. 100% recommend

Amie was so great with Daisy, very flexible with scheduling. Daisy was so comfortable with Amie and it was clear immediately that she'd be great. We'll be using Amie regularly going forward!

Rachel was accommodating and so friendly! This was my first time trying a service like this and she really made it so easy! She communicated well and sent plenty of great update photos! I’d definitely recommend booking her!

Kelly is always great with our puppy and does a wonderful job! She gives very detailed updates from her visits and we always feel comfortable with her coming to take care of our dog. She’s great!

We booked Gabrielle for drop in visits. My cat was well taken care of and happy ! Gabrielle was very responsive and kind. I would definitely book her again in the future.
