Phenomenal communication! Really made me feel like I was checking up on S myself. Jannatul also helped navigate the booking process, since I am - evidently - technologically challenged these days :) Thank you Jannatul for being kind and caring to our fur baby!

June is FANTASTIC and took such great care of our girls while we were away. Even our most critical kitty fell in love with her. She has a lovely way about making each kitty feel comfortable based on their unique personality.

Kelly did a great job looking after our pet cat while we were away for the long weekend. She was available at short notice , was very responsive , responsible with follow up, and detailed with directions. Highly recommend.

Alexandra was such a great help. I submitted a last-minute request for someone to come feed my two little furry guys. She quickly responded and we went over the details for their care. She kept them fed and happy and provided me with great pictures/updates. I will definitely request her services again.

Monique is a kind and bubbly person, and we appreciated meeting her. She accepted our booking on short notice over the holiday, and we’re so grateful she could spend time with Sheba and Grayson. Her regular photos and videos were thoughtful, and she clearly showed warmth and care for our cats. We booked and paid for a 3-night overnight house-sitting stay, but a few days before, she let us know she would not be staying overnight due to a scheduling conflict. That said, she spent several hours each day at the house as her schedule allowed, which we truly appreciated. Her kindness made communication pleasant. While a few care details didn’t go exactly as discussed during our orientation or outlined in the written care instructions, we’re thankful she was there for our kitties when we couldn’t be, and we would consider her support again in the future if she would agree.

So grateful for Karisa's excellent care. I booked her already twice and my cat(s) was/were in great hands. She was punctual and reliable, and was able to give my cat her medication. She sent me daily updates and photos, which helped ease my mind while I was away. I'll definitely be using her services again.

Mercedez was absolutely wonderful with our terrible trio of cats. She dealt easily with the medical needs of our senior cat, including giving fluids several times. She also managed to coax out Manny, who doesn't like change and spooks easily, and get him to not only be in the same room but actually let her pet him. Moe was his usual attention-seeking self and she kept him happy too. Mercedez was great with communication and providing pictures the entire time we were gone. I strongly recommend her as a pet sitter and will certainly ask her to watch the cats again.

Ruowei is great! She took amazing care of my two cats while I was traveling abroad, and I truly felt at ease the entire time. She sent timely updates with photos and messages about how they were doing, and went above and beyond by helping refill my humidifier and taking care of small things around the house without being asked. It was clear she genuinely cared about my cats’ comfort and well being. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful pet sitter!

sara was fantastic! i needed a last-minute sitter and she was super accommodating. my cats loved her and she gave me tons of updates. super professional, communicative, and helpful— even cleaned up a bunch of messes my cats made (sorry) lol. 10/10 she was great!!
