Dog Boarding in Bumpass

Jeanette was so great with our boy Max. Very communicative and so many good pictures. They took such good care of him and he had some good spoiling.

I was a little nervous at first because Denise had lots of dogs. But I was pleasantly surprised when I brought my boys and there were two crates available for them. Sometimes my dogs can be tough to get along with other dogs, but I trusted her opinion on whether or not to separate them or let them play with others. She tried to introduce my dogs and they didn’t get along, but that’s okay, she gave them lots of exercise and love by themselves. She seemed to know how to handle their anxiety and even dealt with a little mess. I appreciate her willingness to work with my dogs and change plans based on their needs to make them safe and comfortable around her other pups.

We are so grateful to Rebekah for taking such good care of our pups and making them feel at home. It was clear they were well loved and we could not be more thankful for that. Rebekah gave us updates while we were away, and our boys were tired and happy when we picked them up - a sign of a great time! Thank you, Rebekah!

Amanda and her family are always great with Rufus. He always seems comfortable with them and their dog. They take great care of him and treat him like part of the family from what I can tell. We’re so grateful for them and will keep coming back. Highly recommend.

Kathryn provided a wonderful home away from home for our aging Setter. She sent a photo or 2 each day with a bit of commentary. Very reassuring. We will definitely ask Kathryn to take in our doggie next time!

Heather was so accommodating for our pup, Ella! She was flexible with our schedule, and she sent me photos throughout her stay. Our dog enjoyed playing with the other dogs in the home and was a happy girl when we picked her up. Definitely recommend!

Zach really knows his stuff. I have a 1 year old Aussie I got from the shelter less than 2 months ago. He was willing to board her even though we know she can be a handful sometimes. He gave great tips to help with her training and there was plenty of opportunity for her to get her energy out with other dogs around, which we don't have at home. The only downside of Ari's visit is that there are many dogs around and whatever items you bring for your dog may get lost or dirty, just remember to ask for them. I know Zach is working on getting more help to oversee the boarding part of his services so I'm sure attention to details like this will improve. Overall, Zach was very responsive and helpful and we will definitely be back!

This was the best decision we made! The one on one attention and the communication and pictures where priceless. Gave us peace of mind so we could enjoy our vacation. I could not of asked for better care. Bella was in a beautiful location, very clean and fenced in freedom. Had activities and other dogs to play with. It was excellent for her socializing. She did such an amazing job. It was my first time using rover and I was definitely on the more hesitant side of it all but after the first day Kelsi had calmed all my nerves with the tremendous job she did! Will definitely be using her again soon in the future.

Lorena and the kids took excellent care of our 6 month old puppy during the Thanksgiving holiday! She sent us pictures every day showing all the fun and snuggles our little fur baby was getting! We felt confident that she was being well-cared for ?

Yeny and Ray provided exceptional care for my Lab, River, during his time with them. They truly went above and beyond by sending multiple pictures every day, which really eased my mind while I was away. River can be quite energetic and difficult to tire out, but they played fetch with him daily, ensuring he got plenty of exercise and stimulation. It genuinely felt like a home away from home for him. I couldn't be happier with their service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a loving dog sitter!

Robin is awesome! We received lots of photos and videos of our puppy throughout his stay which put our minds at ease since this was our first time leaving him with someone. He was just how we left him when we picked him up: happy, healthy and full of energy! Thanks Robin, We have found our doggy daycare!

We were so nervous to board our beagle Daisy as she is shy around strangers and very skiddish but from the second we dropped her off Amy was nothing but patient and loving with her! Every day we were sent pictures and updates about our girl and Amy did everything to make her feel at home. I could see that after a few days Daisy was comfortable and playing around with the other dogs. I am so happy to have found somewhere I can trust to leave Daisy when we go out of town. We will definitely be back!

Cyndi was excellent with Gigi. She sent pictures which I thoroughly enjoyed and they helped to keep me relaxed. I would definitely recommend her and look forward to using her again!

Cannot say how very much we appreciated Philip! This was our first time using the Rover app as we usually board Riley at a kennel, but they had no openings over Christmas. Riley is an incredibly anxious girl so of course I was a little worried about her stay. I loved that his profile states that he is experienced in working with the anxious ones- that was so reassuring to me! Asked Philip to send some photos of her while we were gone and the first ones came within a few hours of us dropping her off! she was out in his (large) fenced yard and looked HAPPY. I know she was still anxious being there (she’s just special like that)but I will never take her back to the kennel. Will take her to Philip anytime!

Praveen is literally the best when it comes to pet care! My dogs were not just taken care of—they were pampered, spoiled, and treated like VIPs. He made sure they were comfy, happy, and showered with attention. I swear they had their own little vacation while I was away! If you’re looking for someone who genuinely loves animals and treats them like family, Praveen is your guy. 10/10 recommend!
