Dog Boarding in Burke

I’m the type of dog mom who delusionally believes that my pet was carried and incubated in my womb for 9 months and then, I birthed him… therefore, you can already imagine the obscene neuroticism I have around Max Gaston’s care management. I cannot emphasize enough how much I trust Darrin and Yishu. They’re not just pet sitters or a boarding business, they’re truly dog lovers who goes above and beyond to care for your precious furry family member and embrace them into their own home as their own. They LOVE your pet and will dote on him/her with playtime that spoils them and thoughtful caretaking. Between their attention, spacious roaming space, beautifully landscaped backyard, and the company of their playful pup, Miso, don’t be surprised if your dog is not that excited to return home. They follow instructions well - critical when dealing with a nitpicky client like me. They make room in their home fridge for my copious amounts of homemade food and treats, with its own defrosting and feeding schedule. They’re responsible and reliable. There’s always proactive communication so you can enjoy whatever good or bad life thing you’ve gotta focus on. This security is unbelievable - Max Gaston is an escape artist and a runner going for Usain Bolt’s record. Yet, between their watchful oversight and surprisingly effective fence, there has never been a shred of concern for me. You get what you pay for…and there is no price tag for a peace of mind, assurance of my son’s safety and wellbeing, and genuine love.

Carlos took excellent care of my very challenging beagle. He was always keeping us updated so that we knew our dog was doing well while we were on vacation. Definitely will be looking to use him again when we’re out of town next time.

Mariel was fantastic with my dog! She was reliable, caring, and kept me updated with messages and photos the whole time. I highly recommend Mariel and would definitely book again.

Another great stay for my dog at her home away from home! Krysta and Alex are a sweet and friendly couple who give my dog lots of loving. I received daily photos of Coco playing with her pup friends. Krysta is quick to respond and adapt to changes. Thanks again!

Jackson had a great time with this great family. He was treated like one of their own. Super appreciative for the updates and pictures too! We will definitely be back!!

Cheryl and Gustavo provided outstanding, loving care to our dog Lulu. They kept us up-to-date on what and how she was doing with pictures and messages. Lulu is afraid of rainstorms and thunder, and Cheryl and Gustavo provided her a loving environment and provided extra attention so she would be more comfortable and not so afraid. Also, our return time was a bit up in the air since we were returning from NYC after having packed and moved our daughter from there, and Cheryl and Gustavo eased our stress by being super flexible on when we got there. Communication was key. Every step of the way, Cheryl and Gustavo were on point in communication which made everything so much easier. Can't wait until our next booking in a couple weeks. We know our furbaby, Lulu, will be so well cared in a loving home.

David was great. He is very responsive and gave us pictures everyday. We could tell our pup had a blast. Would recommend to any and everyone.

Victoria was amazing. She was responsive and proactive in her care of my two dogs. She proactively sent photos and videos of them while we were out of town and provided updates about them. When we had to add on another night of boarding at the last minute, Victoria was so kind and accommodating. We really appreciated the care she provided to our two babies. They were visibly thrilled about her and it was apparent they had a great time with her, which was nice to see.

Veronica was able to watch our new puppy on short notice and did an amazing job! Our fur baby made a new friend and came back to us calmer than when we dropped him off. Veronica was patient and understanding of the fact that our puppy was just nine weeks old and that he would do all kinds of puppy things...like nibble and cry. We very highly recommend Veronica and will hopefully use her services again in the future!

Our dog Luna is super sweet, but can get anxious when we leave town. We chose Michelle so our dog would have a nice big yard to play in and another doodle and a child to play with. Turns out we made a great choice. Luna seemed to have a wonderful time running around with Michelle’s doodle Cinnamon, who is so friendly. Luna seemed happy and tired when we picked her up. Luna is a very picky eater and often doesn’t eat much the first few days we are out of town. Michelle went above and beyond to encourage Luna to eat, even giving her some plain chicken (which we did not provide) to stimulate her appetite so she would eat her normal food. Knowing that Michelle put all that effort in to making sure Luna was happy and well fed made us feel so much more comfortable about leaving Luna while we were out of town. We will definitely leave Luna with Michelle again in the future!

We had a trip prepared several months ago and Charly our pet was ready to travel with us, at the last minute we discovered new requirements that we could not meet for Charly to travel with us and we had to look for last minute help, Rosario, was very attentive in attending our request and receiving Charly in her home at the last minute, her care for Charly was excellent and she kept us updated during the whole time he was staying at her home!

Ayme was amazing. She took great care of our dog Thunder. She was super responsive and sent us regular daily updates during our two-week vacations. She was very thorough and meticulous in care instructions for our dog. We would definitely board Thunder at her house again.

This was my first time using Rover so I picked a sitter based on the reviews. Other folks are so right! John and Joanna are excellent and we even got videos through our pup’s stay. I’m so happy to have a family I can trust to leave my pup with! Thank you!

Ariel was super organized and communicative. We got lots of pictures and updates throughout our short trip. Our pup was definitely in good hands.

Cooper had a great time with Chris this weekend, he came home tired, which was what we needed! Chris kept us updated with photos and filled us in on what they did. We were happy to have found Chris, thank you!

Connor took wonderful care of Figaro. He provides a calm environment, which is perfect for a nervous dog who also has some fear reactivity. Connor was patient and earned Figaro's trust, always mindful of his needs. He sent frequent updates, which were very much appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Suzi is a wonderful, wonderful sitter for my dog, Anakoni. This is the first time my dog stayed with anybody and she took great care of him. With a cautious, nervous start, my dog warmed up during his stay and I was excited as to how well everything turned out. Loved getting the photo updates and Anakoni loved staying with Suzi. Thank you, Suzi! Looking forward to the next time.

Gail was great when I left my dog with her for 1 night. Pooch seemed to like it there and I will likely week her services for longer trips in the future.

Lizabeth and her family are the best. Chester had such an amazing time and it was so great to see him play with their dogs and get all the adorable updates. His home away from home for sure!

I can't recommend Teresa enough! My dog loves her and her pup, Gemma. Teresa makes her home so welcoming to dogs and I know mine is happy and well taken care of when she's there.
