Emma went above and beyond to take care of my Pooffy. I was away from home, outside of US for.more than a month. She prompty stepped in and took the best care of my fur son. She is very well communicative, fun and loved pooffy a lot. Very aptient and always ready to support the pet parents. Lauren has now watched our kitties for the third time, and each time we are so pleased and relieved each time she visits. The short narrative of her visit, along with pictures, let us know KC and Phoenix are in great hands! With each visit, and now multiple bookings, we can see KC is extremely comfortable with Lauren. Unfortunately Phoenix just loves to hide...but they too will one day be friends. We highly recommend Lauren for anyone who needs loving care of their pets.
