Dog Boarding in Charlottesville

Paula was great with our dog, Zoe. We had a bad experience at a kennel a little over a year ago and we have been slowly resocializing Zoe with other dogs since then. Paula knew how to supervise her with the other dogs in the house so that Zoe got prolonged exposure and play time with them. Paula was very responsive any time I contacted her. We will definitely be repeat customers!

We just met Jesse & Emily the day I dropped off Bleu and they treated our boy like part of the family right away. I felt a good vibe during our Rover communication before booking and meeting them it immediately solidified my comfortable feelings of leaving Bleu with them! I received photos each day of his stay and it made me so very happy seeing him just so relaxed and laid back! We'll definitely inquire of their availability in the future!

This was my first time using Svitlana and it was a wonderful experience. She was so kind and loving toward Chloe. I appreciated the texts and photos of Chloe. It was comforting to see how happy she was with Svitlana and I'm already booked to use her again.

Our goldendoodle, Sophie, loved her stay with Penny! She was very easy to communicate with and clearly cared for her dogs and Sophie very much!

Miranda is amazing! Would award 100 stars if I could. She has an adorable family and an amazing heart. Her kids and her dogs are great companions for any pet. She is flexible and communicative. Highly recommend!

Cynthia was wonderful! She has a nice fenced yard with agility equipment that my dog loved to play on with her daughter, and she also took my dog out for long walks, including to a dog park. She has a very sweet dog and Rufus seemed right at home with her family.

Jon and Stephanie did a wonderful job taking care of our baby! Penny is spoiled with the run of the house and plenty of outdoor time. I highly recommend Jon and Stephanie for your fur baby.

Amanda was amazing! She treated my dog with love and care. I loved that she sent me picture updates throughout the day. I’m always super nervous leaving my dog behind on trips but Amanda really took that anxiety away from me. Would 100% recommend.

Julie was wonderful! She was responsive, flexible, and took great care of our doggies! Will reach to her anytime we need a sitter for our dogs - thank you, Julie!

Aly was fantastic from the very start of our communication to after we picked up our Oreo from her care. She was very responsive to any correspondence, offered a visit to her home ahead of our departure to make sure Oreo was comfortable and that the relationship would be a good fit for all and exceeded all of our expectations for his care. She promised consistent communication and daily photos, which she did throughout his 7 day stay with Aly and her family. Her home and her arrangement was perfect for us and we feel we have found a friend and a loving caretaker to give us peace of mind that our Oreo is safe and sound in our absence. She quickly welcomed him into her family and gave him a home away from home. All of our requests and expectations were met and she exceeded a 5-star rating! Thank you Aly and family!!!

My elderly pup stayed several days with Emil and came home happy! He was easy to communicate with and didn't mind some of the higher maintenance care that she requires. Plan on having him care for her again in the future!

Hillary and her family took good care of our 8yo labradoodle. She sent pictures and updates on how he was doing. We would book with her again.

Devin was amazing! So flexible, personable, professional, and loving towards my Truman. I’m always nervous leaving Truman in anyone’s care; especially overnight, but Devin was kind, communicative, and gave Truman the attention and love he needed! He kept me up to date with pictures and texts, and was very in tune with Truman’s needs. Will definitely be booking again :)

Audrey was phenomenal! The only thing that would stop me from recommending her is that so many people might learn how awesome she is, how attentively she cares for your pup, and how excellent she is at communicating that she might be fully booked up next time I have to leave town! Three thumbs up, Six out of Five stars.

Grace is a star! Luna can be nervous with new people and new places but Grace was very thoughtful in making her comfortable and confident. After the first day, I could see how she blossomed through the many pictures Grace sent. They really built a bond. Grace was also good about asking questions and confirming details if needed. She regularly gave Luna her eye drops and allergy medicine. I came back to a happy and healthy dog. I will not hesitate to contact Grace again and I know Luna would be thrilled to be back.
