House Sitting in Charlottesville

Absolutely impossible to say enough good things about James. We had a a semi-serious pet crisis in the middle of his sit while we were on the other side of the country: one of our pups went into liver failure. He could NOT have been more attentive, communicative, helpful. He dropped everything and prioritized the health/safety welfare of our girl during a life-threatening crisis. I simply don't know what we would have done if we hadn't had someone as excellent as James taking care of our pups and our home.

I felt no stress leaving our cat and home in LaTrice's care. She is a great communicator and all went well with her stay. She would be my first choice of sitter for any future trips we take!

Mary was really great with my animals. She was very reliable and did everything I asked her to do including giving my kitty his medicine! All was great!

Tessa was attentive, took the time to come over and meet Gamora before the job. While I was away she kept me updated and not only took great care of my cat, but also looked after my house. Will be using her moving forward and would recommend her for anyone looking for a sitter.

Mackenzie did a great job caring for our dog and cat for a week while we were at the beach. We came home to a clean and tidy house and two happy pets. We will certainly rebook with her!

So grateful for best dog sitter we could’ve ever imagined! The amount of preparation, consistency, communication, and love that you gave our dog (and us!!) means the absolute world to us. We are truly sooooo lucky that we got to have you take care of our doggo and treat him as family. We are crazy over our dog (as we imagine most others on Rover are) and love that he’s gotten to show more of his personality to you- you’re one of his people now!!!! We know our dog can’t wait to have you come over again :)

Abby was great watching our dog Ronnie. She made sure he was fed on time, spent time outside and didn’t leave him alone for too long. She also sent consistent updates and pictures while we were away.

I could tell Danielle really enjoyed hanging out with MJ and that made me feel so comforted while I was away. She was great!

Brielle was lovely to work with. She communicated well and was reliable and responsible in caring for our dog. She sent updates and photos while we were away. We will definitely use her again!

Jessica was great! Very communicative and friendly. Spent ample time with the pups and was very respectful of our home and time. Thank you very much for your help while we were away!

Melissa was phenomenal with our dog! She took perfect care of our girl, she was very communicative and easy to work with. Could not ask for a better sitter.

Stef was amazing with Gretzky again! This was our first overnight and we were really nervous about how we would do, and Gretzky loves Stef! He was recovering from pancreatitis and she handled his extra care with no issues. We’re always happy to have her watch Gretzky!

We could not be more pleased with having Samantha stay at our house and take care of our pup. She was very communicative with daily texts and pics. When we got home, the house was spotless and looked better than when we left. We will definitely be using Samantha again!

Rachael took great care of our dog while we were on vacation, providing detailed updates that made clear she was in good hands. Rachael also left our house in great shape. We would certainly use her again!

David was wonderful and both my cat and dog adored him. Very responsible, gave medications to my anxious, old dog, who was not al all out of sorts when we arrived home❤️ I will absolutely use David again!

Kris house sat for our dog this weekend. She did an amazing job of keeping us updated, caring for our dog and left the house better than we left it. This was our second time working with Kris and we will surely use her in the future!

Kendra watched our two senior pugs for one night recently. She was very easy to communicate with and would quickly reply to our texts. When we returned home from our night away the pups were calm and happy as could be, and the house was exactly how we left it. We'll definitely book with Kendra again in the future.
