Ciara is absolutely fantastic!!! This was our first booking using Rover and we are very happy with our decision. Ciara took excellent care of our dog as this was the first time we decided to leave him at home versus boarding. Her communication, timeliness and detailed visit reports have all be outstanding! She is very responsive with all messaging. We will definitely be rebooking :-)

Jasper took great care of our cats and was very communicative with us while we were away. He is a genuine animal lover and we would definitely book him again!

This is our second time having Katherine watch our two cats and we couldn’t be happier with her! She really is a cat whisperer as even our super shy cat did not hide from her once. She follows instructions perfectly, keeps everything clean, & sends cute updates. We will keep using Katherine in the future!

Emma is fantastic! She came to my house to meet my dog before she was scheduled to walk him. When I was gone my dog wasn’t feeling well and she helped my dog sitter who also wasn’t feeling well. She was flexible and I truly appreciated the extra help. I will be calling on her in the future for sure.

Andrea was very communicative before and during the visit. Her post-visit notes were clear and helpful. And I always love getting pictures of my boy (even if I’m only away a few hours). I can tell he had a great visit!

What a gift! Grace was always on time, so sweet, and incredibly reliable. As a new dog owner, I felt so comfortable knowing my pup was in such good hands—she even sent me the happiest pictures. Truly calmed my mind and made the whole experience easy. Couldn’t recommend more!

Will took amazing care of Milo, my senior cat. He provided me with updates about my little guy and sent fun pictures. I could tell Milo was happy in my absence. Will also brought in packages that were delivered while I was gone. I’d love for Will to take care of Milo again in the future.

We’ve never felt so relaxed and at ease during a trip, knowing our baby girl was in such good hands. No more awkward moments wondering if friends remembered to feed our cat! Yiyi went above and beyond—she carefully followed all our instructions and always stayed longer than scheduled.
