Ruowei is great! She took amazing care of my two cats while I was traveling abroad, and I truly felt at ease the entire time. She sent timely updates with photos and messages about how they were doing, and went above and beyond by helping refill my humidifier and taking care of small things around the house without being asked. It was clear she genuinely cared about my cats’ comfort and well being. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful pet sitter!

She was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her if you need a sitter. This is my first time using Rover and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She was very thorough and did exactly what I asked of her. She made sure to update me throughout the process and even helped me navigate the app since I was a first timer. My kitten was so happy with her company. We felt sad to leave him for the first time, but YiYi really relieved a lot of stress that we had by providing excellent and caring service. Also, she take great pictures!! I struggle to get a good picture of my cat, but she sent me like 20 stunning pictures! Awesome work! Can’t thank her enough.

Cecelia was so great with our cats! Both Bunny and Eggy warmed up to her quickly and she was so patient with them. Antoinette was very easy to work with. She came in 2 times a day, fed the cats and refreshed water (we have a cat that drinks ice water out of a glass) and kept everything very clean. When we arrived the cats acted like we had not been gone at all, really. Thank you Antoinette.
