The detailed reports and pictures Morgan leaves help us miss Maggie a little less when we’re not able to be home with her, since we can see how much fun she is having with Morgan!

Carolyn is excellent! Cleo is normally extremely shy and stays away from strangers but she’s actually let Carolyn see her! She’s also been very accommodating!

Overall everything went well. This being my first use of Rover, I learned a bit about how I might want things done in the future. Danielle was excellent on communication and did all the basics required. She had some good ideas for changing things up since my cats are shy around strangers. However, I'd rather my instructions were followed more closely but I probably wasn't very clear either. I would definitely book her again in the future.
