Karen is wonderful!!! She made our very high-energy dog feel at home during our long week of travel. She sent us many pictures of their long walks, play time, and cuddle time. We would not hesitate to book with Karen again. Thank you!!!

Carla and her entire family is great. I needed someone to watch my girl Hels last minute. I was very worried I would be forced to leave Hela with someone I wasn’t fully happy with. Little to my surprise Carla took amazing care of her for me. They were very accommodating and superb. Hela was welcomed in and literally made part of their family. Constant updates with pictures and frequent reassurances during my time away. I highly recommend her family and their care for anyone’s needs. I am very thankful to have found them.

Sierra and her family were absolutely wonderful with my 9-year-old golden retriever, Luke. They were incredibly attentive to his needs, especially considering his separation anxiety while being away from me. It was clear they cared for him as if he were their own dog, which gave me so much peace of mind. I’m so grateful for the love and care they showed Luke, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Highly recommend!

Ron and his family took great care of Clover while we were away. Lot's of walks and TLC! We will definitely continue to have Clover spend time with them!

We had a great dog boarding experience with Sujan! Our mini Australian shepherd stayed with him for the weekend and came home very happy and healthy. Sujan took him on multiple walks a day and kept me up-to-date with pictures. Thank you, Sujan!

Musa was so great with my boy Louie. He sent updates daily and I could tell Louie was so happy and content. I will definitely be booking with Musa again!

Michelle takes very good care of Pepite as if she were her own dog. She is very responsive and flexible. I would have no hesitation in letting her take care of Pepite again. She sent updates and pictures.

Andrew and his family were AMAZING with our Laila! Our instructions (for medications, feeding, etc.) were followed to a "T" and, based on the great pictures that Andrew sent, Laila felt right at home and got ALL the snuggles while she was there. Thank you, Andrew!

Hommer and Hellen were excellent with our pup Clover. They took her on many walks, gave her lots of snuggles and playtime. We received many updates everyday which we really enjoyed. Without hesitation we will call upon Hommer and Hellen to care for Clover in the future.

I recently hired Sam to care for my dog, Milo, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Sam was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was responsive and promptly addressed all my questions and concerns. His caring nature was evident as he went above and beyond to ensure Milo was comfortable and happy. One of Sam's virtues is patience, as he took the time to understand Milo's specific needs and personality. It's clear that Milo absolutely loved him, which is the best testament to his ability as a dog sitter. Mikaela is simply the best! She took wonderful care of our kitty over Christmas and New Year’s and did a terrific job. Kissa was happy and healthy. He obviously enjoyed the stay. I 100% recommend Mikaela for your cat sitting needs.

Kellyn and her family took wonderful care of Sandy while we were away for a long weekend last month. We couldn't have felt more comfortable leaving our sweet Sandy in her care. She receives so much love and attention with Kellyn and we're updated daily with photos and texts on how she's doing. This was like her home away from home!

The best family to care for dogs. They are true dog people and know how to handle and care for big dogs. The first time we went on vacation that we did not worry about our 2 labs at all. They happily took 2 dogs so we didn’t have to separate them. We knew they were in a clean, safe and loving home. I think they received proper attention throughout their stay with love. Our labs were on a vacation too! We are grateful for Julianne!

Lina and her family showered Sake with much love, careful attention and great care to my newly adopted puppy while I was away for Christmas vacation. Lina made the entire week stress free and informed me daily with photos, updates and asked many good questions to make sure Sake first boarding experience away from home was comfortable. Sake made many new friends, experienced a safe and happy place while I had to go away for a week long trip. I will definitely reach back on my next spring vacation so Sake can spend the best care and be at a fun place where she can roam around freely during play time inside the home, outside the backyard and have plenty of walks, treats and hugs from Lina and her family. Thank you for taking care of her and treating her as one of your kiddos. I can tell tell Sake felt at home and was still her puppy loving self when I picked her up after vacation was over.

Michele is great! She is so kind and was so loving towards Hermosa! She took great care of her and even made Hermosa an egg to help her eat her breakfast. I highly recommend using Michele and will definitely be reaching out to her again soon!

Heather was great - kept us updated on our dog with messages and pictures. We would definitely want to her to watch our dog again. I think Coco was sad to leave bc she had such a great time.

It was Sonny’s first time to be away from us since we adopted him 4 months ago so we were apprehensive about how he would fare while staying in someone else’s home. Shelley, however, was always sending us photos and videos of Sonny while he was in her care. Thanks to Shelley, Sonny’s first time away from home turned out to be a fun, stress-free experience, both for him and for us!

Our dog, really enjoyed stay at Meng’s place followed by drop in visits from Meng last week. Meng creates safe and nurturing environment showing how much she cares about well being and happiness of pets. Going into flash back on how we connected with Meng via Rover. We had booked Von’s boarding at a family owned kennel in Round Hill, VA for 2 weeks in a row with couple of days break in between for him to come home for quick reset. Little did we know by end of week 1 we had the worst experience with kennel, leaving us with no choice but to cancel our booking for following week when we had big family vacation planned and no boarding option for Von. That’s when Meng came as a blessing to us upon my search for sitter on Rover. Meng quickly became available on that weekend for meet and greet at our place and agreed to sit Von. That was a huge sigh of relief for us. On the morning of drop off day Meng messaged me about unfortunate loss in the family that she had to fly out of town to be with family to grieve the loss. However knowing we were flying out the next morning and had no backup plans, Meng quickly provided us with backup plan and card options for Von, ensuring that we were not left in pickle to find dog sitter last minute. This speaks such high volume of her exceptional professionalism and genuine care for pets, that she went above and beyond in finding care for Von. Meng pays great attention to detail in following the instructions and regular photo/schedule updates that put my mind at ease while enjoying our vacation. We’d love to book her again for Von in a heartbeat!
