Bertie and his family were amazing. They were very welcoming from the meet and greet all the way through the stay. They treated Karma like their very own fur baby. My dogs instantly loved Helen, she knew exactly how to handle large breeds. She was a life saver for me during my wedding weekend picking up and raking them to their grooming appointments so they could look presentable for our guests! I will definity be using Helen's services again!
