Dog Boarding in Eagle Rock

John was able to accommodate Pepperjack on a short notice, same day, booking. John's open space house is a perfect play area for pups. As someone with a dog with allergies, it was great to have John ask all the right questions for PJs well being dueing his stay. We appreciate the help and will definitely book again when needed.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We have had sitters come to our home before to take care of Ryker but we have never dropped him of any where. So I was nervous to say the least. Theresa was so kind, attentive, communicative, and inviting with my whole family and Ryker. She was patient with me when I stayed a little longer at drop off, she never made me feel rushed or unwanted. Ryker is a very hyper anxious dog in the beginning and she remained calm and reassuring that he would do great. She sent me pictures almost immediately after I got home showing me they were snuggled on the couch. We were going away to visit family and go to a wedding she sent updates and photos just the perfect amount of times in the day so I didn’t feel overwhelmed but still had a great sense of what he was doing and how he was doing. We came in late from our road trip and she couldn’t have been more understanding and kind about it. Driving home now and I know Ryker already misses her house. I will definitely use her in the future and highly recommend others to book her as well.

Buns loved her stay with Emily. She made some new friends, and had a great time running around and playing in her backyard. Emily was also great about sending updates and pictures. Buns would definitely stay with Emily again next time she is in Roanoke!

Shannon was great, this was my first time using rover and leaving my puppy with a stranger. Shannon was very reassuring and understanding she kept me updated on my baby. I will definitely use her again.

Janet was great. Took great care of April. Sent lots of great pictures. Went above and beyond. I thank her so much for the short notice and changes. Janet is so pleasant and personable. Yes, I would recommend.

Marah is literally the best sitter. She is so kind and loving with our dogs: we are crazy poodle people and don’t leave our dogs with anyone, and we are always comfortable leaving them with her. She responds immediately, and is always home with them. We don’t have to worry about them getting into trouble and she sends pictures of them playing outside with her dogs every day so we feel comfortable when we are away from them! Would recommend her to anybody, any time!! She even gave our dogs Christmas presents!!

Rebecca has sat our Beagle multiple times. This time, LuLu had a GI problem during her stay. Rebecca handled it with patience, compassion, and diligent monitoring. She did exactly what I would have done. It's so reassuring to know that our girl is in capable, caring hands while we're gone. Rebecca even followed up after the stay was over to see how LuLu was doing. Pet sitting is more than a source of income for Rebecca. She cares and is a genuinely good person. I will never use another sitter as long as Rebecca is around.

Candace was great to work with! She sent me pics along the way. She will be on the top of my go to list!

I have left Oslo with Taylor and her family multiple times now. Every time has been problem free, and Oslo has had so much fun with her son. I highly recommend Taylor for your pets. Good communication, flexible with pickup and drop-off, and most importantly takes great care of Oslo.

The absolute best people to watch the dogs! They are so friendly! My dog automatically took to them. They have a great home with a fenced in yard for the dogs to roam and play. Sent frequent photos and videos which I absolutely appreciated. Im sure my dog probably wants to move in with them, she thought she was in Vegas there. Very Highly recommended!

Ashley was fantastic. She took great care of my dog and really made my dog feel like part of the family. Every picture and video was nice to see since my pup was being loved and having a great time. Would definitely recommend.

Kimberly took excellent care of my pups! Communication was great and she sent pictures multiple times a day. Would definitely use her services again!

Michele was great! Good communication, plenty of updates and photos, and also very friendly. She was very patient and understanding with my dog’s eating habits and the instructions I gave her. Sophie seemed very happy and healthy when I picked her up. My best Rover experience so far by a lot!

Gretchen was excellent with Prince and very communicative throughout the week Prince stayed with her. Prince is not used to being boarded and Gretchen was very patient with his adjustment period. We greatly appreciated how she treated Prince as if he was her own and he will most definitely be back when we need boarding service in the future!

Lorinda was great! I got updates daily on my Bells. I would use Lorinda again if I was back in the area.

Effie is an anxious dog and our sit with April was scheduled after a week long road trip from California to Virginia. New to the area and without a trusted we were so nervous for our girl! April answered our doggy sitter prayers! She was warm immediately upon arrival, and had a great yard for Effie to roll in the grass. We received lots of beautiful pictures, April got Effie to eat her food and medicine regularly (which can be a challenge in stressful situations), and upon our return Effie was in great spirits! We would definitely recommend April for your sitting needs!
