Pepper Jack really enjoyed his stay here! Matt is very accommodating and the dog he owns is very sweet. I definitely recommend him and will be using him in the future.

I would definitely recommend Amy to anyone looking for a pet sitter or pet boarding. Amy met with me before my dogs vacay in order to make sure that our pets got along, that all of my questions were answered, and to make sure that I was comfortable with every part of our arrangement. She sent me pictures and an update every day that I was gone, and that really put my mind at ease. She was incredibly accommodating (especially when my plans had to change), and she even sent us home with some home made pet treats. I had a great first experience with dogvacay.com, and will definitely be contacting Amy again in the future when I am required to leave town!

Fantastic experience! Arlo was well taken care of and Nicole sent several pictures and videos of him while we were away. She is great with dogs and he was very comfortable with her. Will definitely use again!

Donetta was amazing in her care for my senior dog Chrissy. She was very knowledgeable about her medical condition, she understood the level of attention that my dog would need, and she regularly kept me posted on what her activities were. I had no worries about my dog’s safety, and I was even able to relax while I was away. When I picked her up, she was relaxed and content. I would gladly recommend Donetta’s services, especially if you have a senior, or a pup with health issues. She’s so accommodating and so pleasant, and I will absolutely be using her again. As a Rover user, I encountered a challenge in finding a pet sitter with a clean and suitable space for my pet. However, I was fortunate to come across Sarah, who not only has a lovely home but also possesses excellent interpersonal skills. She, along with her adorable baby, warmly welcomed my cat Roxxy into their family. Throughout Roxxy's stay, Sarah sent me pictures of her, which was greatly appreciated.

Raye was an absolutely wonderful sitter! She was super thorough--sent lots of pictures, went over instructions with me, and showed me around her place before I dropped off my pup. I would absolutely recommend her, especially for first-time Rover users!

Michelle is our go-to sitter in Richmond. She is absolutely the best and sends so many pics and updates when we’re away and miss our pup! Moose loves being there with her dog, Milo who is such a good boy!

Dorothy was a phenomenal sitter! She sent photos of my dog every day and was responsive to any questions I had. Sookie came back happy and tired- which was a huge relief for me.

Emily is great!!! Our dogs have stayed with her multiple times and she goes above and beyond to make sure they have a good time, always sends lots of pics, and is very flexible and responsive.

My dog Babe is a fairly sensitive and emotional dog. I was really worried that she would wear on the sitterys patience. Babe had such a great time with Amber and her family. Amber was very attentive and responsive to my texts as well as super accommodating of my time constraints. I would absolutely recommend Amber to anyone who is looking for a responsible, considerate, attentive sitter for their fur baby.

Amanda is the best. My senior dog has stayed with her a handful of times now and seems to really enjoy it. I’ve used Rover many times in Arlington, San Diego, and now Richmond and Amanda has been the best sitter I’ve found.

Brandon was great! It was my first time boarding my older dog, so we set up a meet and greet at Brandon’s. He has lots of space and several friendly dogs. He was respectful, professional and understood my dog’s needs. He took care of my dog as if he was one of his own and regularly sent me updates. I highly recommend Brandon and will definitely use him again. Thank you!

Jasmine is totally awesome and took such great care of our Moon while we were out of town for a week. She was engaged and friendly before our trip and met us for a meet and greet before his stay. From talking to her, it’s very evident she has a lot of experience with pet care and was saying all the things my anxious mind wanted to hear from someone who would be taking care of our guy for a week. Moon really loves being around other dogs so her house was the perfect fit for him. He was able to play all day with other pups there for daycare or boarding as well as her dogs and he was in heaven. She even took him on some outings - walks of course but also to the dog park and to Lowes. What was huge for us was that this is her full time job so she is home most of the time and she doesn’t require the dogs to be crated. Moon has some crate trauma from being a rescue and is not used to being home along for too long because I work from home. We knew at Jasmine’s he would get the level of attention he was used to. Moon was happy to see us upon our return but I could tell when he got back home to our normal routine he missed all the fun 😂. It was of such value to be able to leave him for a week and know he was happy, engaged and well taken care of. We will definitely be using Jasmine again in the future!

Alex was so great with my senior pup. She’s a bit particular with her feeding needs and is hard of hearing, and she accommodated to her so well. I received daily pictures and updates about how my girl was doing, and get very comfortable that my dog was in great hands!

Jeff was amazing! My dog, Cabbage, had a great time with him. Jeff would send me pics of Cabbage cuddling and demanding pets, which showed me how much Cabbage likes Jeff.

Blythe was great with our French Bulldog. We had total peace of mind while we were away knowing our Frenchie was being spoiled. There was great communication throughout the whole process. We hope Blythe will watch her again during our next trip out of town. Thank you!

We recently board Mia with Hilary for the first time while we went out of town for the weekend. We were worried to leave Mia since she's such a high energy pup with slight separation anxiety. During our meet & greet, Mia enjoys the big fenced yard and we went through all caring details. This really made us feel a lot more secure about going out of town. Hilary took great care of Mia during her stay! We receive picture & massage updates to reassure us Mia is being well taken care of. Mia was really happy in all picture updates. We both think the price is very reasonable and a considerable value for the high quality service we received. Highly recommended!

I was very nervous about being away from Baby Jax for the first but Spoiled Pups made it worry free. They keep you very informed and in the loop throughout the day with your babies. There is no other place Jax will ever stay when I have to be away. Thanks for making our first experience a memorable one.
