Jay was very nice and accommodating. I received frequent communication throughout the stay including pics and videos. You can tell she enjoys taking care of your pet. I'll definitely use her again.

Amy is hands down the best dog sitter I know. She was so accommodating and spoiled Cooper so he felt right at home. She was always sending pictures/updates which showed us how happy Cooper was to be at her house. Amy will forever be our go to when we leave town. Can’t recommend enough!

As a Rover user, I encountered a challenge in finding a pet sitter with a clean and suitable space for my pet. However, I was fortunate to come across Sarah, who not only has a lovely home but also possesses excellent interpersonal skills. She, along with her adorable baby, warmly welcomed my cat Roxxy into their family. Throughout Roxxy's stay, Sarah sent me pictures of her, which was greatly appreciated.

Matt was great with my Henry. I got timely updates and felt very comfortable leaving my co-pilot with him. Henry was super happy when I picked him up. I will definitely board again.

Amber was so awesome! She was very understanding during the holidays and she also sent lots of pictures to keep me updated! My dog was very happy being there.

Raye was fantastic with our anxious dog Oliver. Took great care of him and updated us frequently. I could tell from the photos that he felt comfortable and happy. Thanks Raye!

Nalah absolutely loves going to Royal and Rhonda’s. I really love when there’s nothing dog there for her to play it also. Plenty of yard for her to run around in. She passed out in the car on the way home every time lol

I can’t put into words how awesome Michelle was - she sent so many photo updates throughout our dogs stay because she knew how much we missed him. I felt so comfortable and confident leaving our pup in Michelle’s care! Her dog, Milo, was an awesome playmate for Moose and was so sweet to him! Her fenced in backyard was also such a nice space for the dogs to run around and play in. If you’re looking for an attentive, dog-loving pet sitter in Richmond, I highly recommend Michelle😊

John was great and knowledgeable. Our dog absolutely had a good time at his house playing with his dog/kids. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

Dorothy was a phenomenal sitter! She sent photos of my dog every day and was responsive to any questions I had. Sookie came back happy and tired- which was a huge relief for me.

Donetta was amazing in her care for my senior dog Chrissy. She was very knowledgeable about her medical condition, she understood the level of attention that my dog would need, and she regularly kept me posted on what her activities were. I had no worries about my dog’s safety, and I was even able to relax while I was away. When I picked her up, she was relaxed and content. I would gladly recommend Donetta’s services, especially if you have a senior, or a pup with health issues. She’s so accommodating and so pleasant, and I will absolutely be using her again. Thank you so much Donetta for your help, you’ll be seeing Chrissy again soon!

I would recommend Hilary and husband 200%. She was wonderful and gave me great peace of mind while we were away. At the meet and greet she asked great questions to really get to know what Gracie liked and didn’t. She sent me many pictures of her during Gracies stay. Took her on walks and to the dog park. It was more than I expected, we will definitely use Hilary whenever we need to go away again! Thank you so much for kindness and great care to Gracie.

My hound dog was very happy and comfortable with Alexandra. I appreciated the messages and photos sent throughout the week. I highly recommend Alexandra and would trust leaving my dog there again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience! Arlo was well taken care of and Nicole sent several pictures and videos of him while we were away. She is great with dogs and he was very comfortable with her. Will definitely use again!

Damacia was amazing. She took wonderful care of our dog Meg while we were on vacation. Meg made a new best friend with her dog Bastian. Pretty sure she was definitely missing him for a couple of days after we picked her up. Will highly recommend Damacia’s services and we look forward to using her again.

I can not say enough amazing things about Jennifer and her family!!!! She and her family met us before we went out of town and introduced Lacey and Brody to her home. With Brody being somewhat of a special needs character, I was really nervous about the situation (The last time he was boarded at a traditional boarding place, he came back with additional problems). She made all of us feel welcome!!! She has great experience and made our dogs her family!!!! Everything went so smoothly. I am so thankful that we found her and her family and definitely recommend to anyone in need of a pet sitter!!!!

Jonathan did a fantastic job looking after my dogs while I was away. My dogs had a lot of fun, and had a great vacation with Jonathan! He was extremely flexible when my plans changed by 1 day and was more than willing to work with me. My husband and I visited Richmond this past weekend for our anniversary and wanted a dog sitter that was close by to where we were staying. We found Angela through her great reviews on Rover, and were so happy we chose her to watch our dog, Mallie, for the weekend! She sent a ton of updates throughout Mallie's stay, lots of photos of their walks, snuggle time, and playing, and let us know if she had any questions regarding Mallie's care. My husband and I were so happy that we left Mallie with such a caring sitter and we will absolutely be booking Angela again for future trips to Richmond.

Dylan and Alex are amazing!!! My furbaby was so comfortable with them! My boy is really shy but from the picture updates I received you wouldn’t know it! They treated him like their own and they actually got him to eat and that’s a chore in itself. I had to change my pick up time and they were so flexible and accommodating for me. My baby was very happy with them. Myles will definitely be back! Thank you Dylan and Alex!!

Tiffany is amazing. She watched my little baby for me twice and kept me updated with lots of pictures and videos and put me at ease while I was away.
