Dog Boarding in Elkwood

Our two dogs stayed with Fran and her family for a week. Fran has kept our dogs a number of times but this was the longest period yet. They had a great time and played the whole week and came back tired and happy. Fran always makes sure to send pictures and keep us updated. We always appreciate that she and her family treat our dogs like part of their family.

Short version: Cori will be top of my list for the next time I need a sitter. She made my first Rover use easy and pleasant. Thank you, Cori! Long version: Cori took great care of my Bull Terrier Bodie while I was out on vacation. She sent at least one update per day with a photo of his antics, activities and quiet moments. Her family treated him as if he were their own. Play time with other pups seemed to be well monitored. He got so much activity, he actually looks a little more muscular than when we dropped him off. He actually got sick (not contagious) and was put on medication a week prior to his stay with Cori, but that was not a problem for her. She administered his medication on schedule. After two weeks with her family, Bodie came home and has been sleeping off the excitement. Seriously... other than a bathroom break early this morning, he's been asleep for 15 hours straight. LOL

Dana was amazing with our old lady Nahla! She took great care of our furry kid 🥰 Nahla was really happy in all the clips and pictures we received, and we look forward to using her services again in the near future.

Andy was so sweet and amazing with our cat. He administered medicine, nose drops, and eye drops and provided updates and pictures. We 100% trust Andy and his family with the care of any of our animals. They are animal lovers just like us!

Rachael was great. I’m sure Peni had a great time with them. She sent me a picture every day. We will ask them to take care of our dog again. Thank you so much

Tanine is absolutely wonderful with Kiara. Kiara enjoys her sleepovers and is tucker out when she arrives home! Tanine’s flexibility has assisted our family when impromptu appointments arise. She’s the best caregiver ever!!!

Amber was an amazing sitter ! My sweet baby was taken care of with so much love . Amber was also very considerate in sending me updates every chance she got. I’m beyond grateful to have found Amber on such short notice! I will definitely be booking with her again and recommending whenever I get the chance ! Overall great stay for my pup.

Jennifer watched my dog for 4 days and sent me updates every day on how he was doing. She was warm, welcoming, and it is evident she will care for your fur baby like her own. I will definitely be using her again if I need boarding services!

Wonderful first Rover experience! Jessica was in contact with me daily and sent pictures of my pup multiple times. You can tell she cares about animals and making them comfortable. Excited to book with her in the future and refer her to my friends.

If I could give Julie 100 stars I would. From the moment we dropped Elly off with Julie we knew she would be well taken care of and loved like she was part of their family. Julie kept us updated throughout the entire stay by sending messages, pictures, and videos. Elly ended up getting sick while she was there (not by any fault of Julie’s) and Julie kept me informed the entire time. She offered to take Elly to the vet, but we determined that wasn’t needed. Elly had a BLAST at Julie’s. She played with the family dogs, helped with chickens and horses, and even got cuddles on the couch. I highly recommend Julie to anyone who is in need of boarding! We will definitely be repeat customers!🐾

What began with one dog, soon became three! Heidi was willing and able to book us last minute accommodating our request. We really appreciate being able to leave them in the home of a loving family. I have every assurance that they were provided affection and protection.

Lindsay was an amazing dog sitter. You can tell she takes her job very seriously and really loves dogs. Our 2 dogs stayed with her for a week. We received lots of updates and pictures. Larissa was wonderful with our pups! They were happy to see us but happy to hang with Larissa too. We will be happy to leave our girls with Larissa again!!

This was my first time using rover and I was very nervous. Brandie was a great sitter. There was constant communication and pictures, which eased my anxiety. Brandie was flexible with times for drop off and pick up. I will be using Brandie again. ❤️

Very pleasant experience working with Darnell. Got daily updates and photos of how my dog was doing. I’d want to board with them in the future as well.

Muffin as always had the most wonderful stay at Stacie’s house. Muffin jumps into Stacie’s house and mever looks back at is so that says a lot about how well he is cared & loved for! We always make our plans around Stacie’s availability because we trust her with our fur baby’s care.

Our dogs have stayed with Connie several times and we are so happy with the care she provides. We receive lots of pictures and our dogs come home happy. We would highly recommend Connie!

Stephen was awesome! He was very compassionate and assured me that ChiChi would be in good hands. He sent pictures and videos every day a few times that put a smile on my face knowing that she was having fun. Also, having Stephen in our neighborhood was a big plus. I will be using Stephen in our future travels. 10/10
