Dog Boarding in Ettrick

Our 8 year old pup Patch was in good hands! He was so happy to see us, but now is just looking out the window, I think for his doggy friends he made throughout the week.

Spectacular service! Michael and his family were very loving of our Mr. Levi, it was our first time using Rover and will not be the last. The family was able to send us multiple pictures and videos of our dog’s journey in their household including playtime with furry friends and cuddles. Michael and his family were extremely welcoming and comforting when it came to my anxiety, leaving him for the first time in a while. The backyard was a great place for my dog to play and the home was very nice for Levi to get comfortable. Highly recommend this family for your furry loved ones.

These two and their lovely family was Awesome with my dog. My dog is so worn out and I love it. 🤣 This is my third Rover experience, and like they say the third time is the charm. Royal & Rhonda will be my go to going forward.

Amazing pet sitter! My 2 dogs were so well cared for. They were happy and not stressed when I came to pick them up. We got tons of photos while we were away and they were so accommodating when our flight got delayed. We are happy to have found them and our dogs will surely be returning real soon!

Christine and Nick provided us with great communications and pictures everyday if not every few hours. Georgia had a great time playing with their pups during her stay and got walks and even a car ride!

Bethany was AWESOME! I had to book last minute and have a rescue pup. She was very patient with him and kept me informed. He had some anxiety and wasn't the most behaved but she was very patient. I'm so grateful!

Siobhan was absolutely fantastic with my cocoa! My cocoa has severe separation anxiety and this was our first time leaving her. Siobhan was very gentle and loving of cocoa and reinsurd us that she would be fine and she was. She didn't even have to be medicated! Cocoa enjoying her visit with Siobhan and we are looking forward to going out of town more often.

Elaine and her husband were absolutely AMAZING and very accommodating. Elaine is one of the sweetest women I have ever met! Pictures & updates were sent daily which was greatly appreciated. Benji had an amazing time with them and their two fur babies (Lucy & buddy). I can tell that Benji is missing his friends already. I would book again without any questions! Thank you so much for treating my fur baby as your own!!

Our normal sitter was booked and I was fortunate to find Abby. Ellie is more human then dog so I am always nervous when we have to switch up. But Abby offered a meet and greet, which I've never done before. We were a match! From the drop off to pick up, Abby provided updated and pictures! She made it easy for me and my family to enjoy vacation. I would highly recommend and I would book with her again!

This was my second time using John and his wife as my pet sitter. They always send me pictures and videos thru out the day. I really appreciate that. My little Layla is always well taken care. I am sure she enjoys playing with their fur baby. I will definitely use them again!

Superb service. Friendly, fast communication. Kept me in the loop and sent pictures of my furbaby, showing he's in good hands. . .but the best review I can give is that my boy gave her a kiss goodbye and showed some love to her, which he only does if he's been treated well and got lots of TLC

Taken on such a late and sudden notice, I couldn't be anymore grateful for Jay for taking in Taro while my family and I was out for vacation. This is my first time using Rover as well as Taro's first time away from home, but Jay provided so many updates and adorable photos of my little guy to help me feel at ease while I was away. Taro was taken very well care of and was patient with him as well to help him settle comfortably during his stay. Many thanks to her and I am so glad I was able to find her and would recommend her to anyone.

Tabitha is simple the best, hands down! She’s so sweet, patient & kind! She greeted our fur baby (Harley) with open arms and made him feel right at home! While hubby and I were away in Texas, we had so much peace of mind knowing our fur baby was in great hands! She updated us with pictures through out the day, we we were very appreciated of that!. Rosalind was a wonderful dog sitter! She is responsive and attentive. She even sent me some pictures of my dog while we were away. She was very flexible with the changes that came up in my schedule. My dog, Nano, came home happy and healthy. Thank you very much!!! I will be booking with Rosalind again.

Amanda & Adam were wonderful and their whole family was welcoming and you can clearly see they are dog people! I will absolutely use them again! I got regular updates regarding Bruin (my dog). He seemed to be having so much fun and got to socialize with different dogs! He is exhausted now which is wonderful as he is very high energy! He came home with new hand made bandannas, so incredibly thoughtful! One of the best sitters I’ve been able to find on Rover!

I really lucked up on finding Damacia on Rover! She is Great! I can tell she has plenty of patience with the pups. She keeps me informed, and shares pictures everyday! This is my second time letting her watch my Bentley. I’m so glad I found Damacia!

I can’t put into words how awesome Michelle was - she sent so many photo updates throughout our dogs stay because she knew how much we missed him. I felt so comfortable and confident leaving our pup in Michelle’s care! Her dog, Milo, was an awesome playmate for Moose and was so sweet to him! Her fenced in backyard was also such a nice space for the dogs to run around and play in. If you’re looking for an attentive, dog-loving pet sitter in Richmond, I highly recommend Michelle😊

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Lisa was with Dylan! She was exceptionally flexible and very patient when Dylan decided to break into the English muffins 😬. I can’t recommend her enough!

Cindy is amazing with Tino and Coco. Our pups get so excited to visit with her that they start crying as we turn into Cindy's neighborhood and they pull on their leashes to get to her.

John was so nice and had a great set up for the pups. I felt at ease leaving my pup with him and he took great care of her. I will rebook with him next time we travel.
