Doggy Day Care in Fairfax Station

Megan is the perfect sitter for my dog Kobe. Kobe has some separation anxiety and Megan and her sweet kids always show him so much love. He never eats away from home and he eats TWICE the amount with Megan. Megan loved on Kobe which makes me feel much relief.

Palmer has stayed with JR multiple times now, and he is overjoyed when we get out of the car and see him :) I get frequent photos and updates of Palmer’s day, and JR even worked on his walking and took him on a field trip to the pet store :)

Maria did an excellent job watching Graham. She was pleasant, personable & put me at ease as she sent photos & pics throughout the day. I will definitely send Graham to Maria very soon for another daycare stay.

Sharon and Hyen Tae were so wonderful! We have a very very sensitive anxious dog and so we are always worried when we leave her with someone new. From our first meeting I could instantly tell Miso was in good hands! Miso NEVER sits in peoples laps but within minutes we got photos of her in Sharons lap lol. Sharon kept us up updated with so many photos and videos and we were constantly so surprised at how well Miso was doing! It seems like Miso felt VERY safe with Sharon and Hyen Tae which made us so grateful! We highly recommend Sharon and Hyen Tae, we are so happy to have found them! Miso is now passed out and snoring next to me as I write this review. This definitely means she had a great time :)

My chiweenie, Willar, had a blast with Alejandra and her chi mix, Rubble, who were both excellent and welcoming hosts. Alejandra is attentive to Willar's needs (sensitive stomach and separation anxiety) and my pup felt very comfortable in their home and hanging out with the gang.

Lego had a great time with Thy! We got a lot of photo updates and knew Lego was being well taken care of. He came back tired and ready for some rest after all the outdoor fun he had! Will definitely use Thy again.

Nimbus had a great time spending the week at Guojin’s. He just finished healing from neutering and was given a lot of stimulation and attention, which are evident in the photos and videos I received multiple times a day. I can’t recommend Guojin enough!

Maia was quite comfortable there once she had some time to get used to new buddies.

Supreet is fantastic! She is not only kind and funny, but her puppy Mowgli is the cutest and sweetest dog ever. They also have a great space for your puppy to play around and tons of toys! My Penny girl has tons of energy and its great to see her come back from Supreet and Mowgli's place completely tired from playing. If you are considering Supreet, just book it. You will have no regrets!

David is my go-to sitter. We are always thrilled to have him watch our boxer pup. He is super kind, flexible, reliable, and attentive. Remy gets so excited to see him when we arrive. Thank you so much, David!

Stella had so much fun!!!! I loved getting picture updates of her playing with Luna and in the pool. I felt it was a safe environment to leave my beloved pup. Highly recommend and will be booking with them again!

Overall, our experience is excellent with Potato's Rover dog daycare, hosted by Dee’s family and their furry friend, Miso the Husky. Right from the start, it was evident that Dee had a deep love for dogs, and Miso was the perfect playmate. We had a short meet-and-greet at a neighborhood dog park and Potato was greeted with open arms and lots of tail wags from both humans and pups. Once we made sure that Potato and Miso got along very well, we then dropped Potato off at Dee’s house. There's plenty of space for the dogs to roam and play freely. The backyard is spacious and fully fenced. They even have a bedroom specifically dedicated to dogs. What truly sets this place apart is the personal touch, not just from Dee but also from Miso. Dee works from home, and he took the time to get to know Potato's quirks and preferences, including his medical conditions. Seeing Miso and Potato become fast friends was a heartwarming bonus. The daily updates and photos Dee sent our way were a highlight of our day. Seeing Potato and Miso enjoying their day together warmed our hearts. Safety is a top priority here as well. They've got safety measures in place to ensure all pups, including Miso and Potato, are happy and secure. It's evident that Dee takes his role as a caregiver seriously. In short, I recommend this Dee’s daycare with Miso. We're so grateful to have found this loving and trustworthy caregiver for our furry family member, with Miso adding that extra bit of doggy magic. We can't wait for our next playdate!

Lucy had her second stay with Veronica and came home happy and content. I really appreciate Veronica’s flexibility with scheduling. No doubt Lucy will be visiting again soon!

Serena was very open and great about the Meet-and-Greet with my young and energetic Doberman. She put me at ease, even when my dog can get overwhelmed with a lot of dogs at once. Serena is very easy going and had no problems with my dog who has a lot of energy. Her house is beautiful and her yard was the size of a dog park so my dog had plenty of room to sprint at high speed. My dog had lots of fun and after staying for daycare was so tired! Serena has a great house and yard for energetic dogs, but more importantly, understands and is very knowledgable about how to deal with all breeds of dogs.
