Dog Boarding in Ferrum

Wonderful if I could give her more stars I would. We felt our puppies were safe and very well taken care of. Sent us many photos and I know they had a great time. Will use her again for sure.

I was honestly skeptical due to this being the first time I have used Rover or any private sitter. However, Natalie provided nothing but reassurance and great care Ivy’s entire stay. She responded quickly, was very professional and has a dog friendly spacious environment that I know my puppy loved. I had gotten very sick on the day of pick-up, and Natalie was very understanding and let me book for Ivy to stay another day. On top of that, we had bad weather and Natalie met me half way to get Ivy. I couldn’t have prayed for and received a better experience for Ivy during this time. Thank you, Natalie! Keep doing your good work.

John was able to accommodate Pepperjack on a short notice, same day, booking. John's open space house is a perfect play area for pups. As someone with a dog with allergies, it was great to have John ask all the right questions for PJs well being dueing his stay. We appreciate the help and will definitely book again when needed.

Angela took care of our dog Wilbur. Wilbur really enjoyed his time with her fur baby, Petey. They probably played a lot because Wilbur slept all day when we came home. He’s a happy camper!

McKenanne was absolutely wonderful! She was able to accommodate our last-minute booking request without any issues. Lily was clearly very well taken care of and looked so happy in all the pictures we received. Communication was excellent—we really appreciated the daily updates. Highly recommended, and we would definitely book with her again!

I love that my border collie, Ali comes home exhausted. It can be difficult to wear her out as she loves running and playing ball. She also has more opportunity to play with other dogs. I also feel very good about her stays and Kristen has been wonderful about responding to booking requests quickly. We keep going back and highly recommend her to others.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We have had sitters come to our home before to take care of Ryker but we have never dropped him of any where. So I was nervous to say the least. Theresa was so kind, attentive, communicative, and inviting with my whole family and Ryker. She was patient with me when I stayed a little longer at drop off, she never made me feel rushed or unwanted. Ryker is a very hyper anxious dog in the beginning and she remained calm and reassuring that he would do great. She sent me pictures almost immediately after I got home showing me they were snuggled on the couch. We were going away to visit family and go to a wedding she sent updates and photos just the perfect amount of times in the day so I didn’t feel overwhelmed but still had a great sense of what he was doing and how he was doing. We came in late from our road trip and she couldn’t have been more understanding and kind about it. Driving home now and I know Ryker already misses her house. I will definitely use her in the future and highly recommend others to book her as well.

Pebbles was treated with utmost care, including a bath while there! She was very happy while staying with Henry and Cheryle; because the pictures told the story! We were kept informed with pictures and texts regularly. I highly recommend letting your pup stay here.

We had a wonderful experience! Emily’s communication was great from start to finish—very responsive and kept us updated throughout the stay. We especially appreciated the regular pictures, which gave us peace of mind knowing our dog was happy and well cared for. Would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

This was our first time booking with Shannon and it won’t be our last! Our Mastiff can be shy and our newest puppy had never been away from us longer than a few hours…so we were definitely nervous leaving them for a week. With Shannon, we had zero worries and both dogs warmed up to her and her dogs quickly. She sent daily updates with photos and videos which we looked forward to every day. As said above, we will definitely be using her again!

So kind and kept us up to date on our boys shenanigans. Fred was so happy when we picked him and I could tell he really liked being there with them.

Wow! Jody is amazing! I’m in love with her farm! Her dogs! Her goats! Her chickens! Her ducks! My two big dogs had a blast. I will definitely use her again!

Pamela and Mark did a wonderful job keeping our sweet 6 month old puppy. She had so much fun playing with the other puppies. Crosbie became a little frightened at night in her crate, so they put her crate in their bedroom with their puppy so she would feel secure. They also have a beautiful home with lots of land for the dogs to take long walks. She came home in great spirits and they were excellent at sending lots of pictures and communicating with us. I would highly recommend them!

Samantha was great, we have a cockapoo puppy and she was amazing with her. She had a great time sharing with other dogs, perfect for social connections and interactions. Samantha was also very accommodating when our flight was cancelled and we had to stay one more day.

Marah is our go-to! She never fails to make life easier before planning a trip knowing she’d be there to watch Brew. Her response time and communication throughout his stay, receiving pictures/having check ins are so appreciated. Brew gets to play with all his friends and gets all the lovings every time he’s there, you won’t regret choosing Marah to love on yours!!

Linda and David were great! We got pictures of Zena throughout the time she was there. She even at better there than she had a home. We would definitely use them again.

Very pleased with the boarding, they walked her and took good care of her. I've had a kennel in the past put her on a no contact list due to her anxiety and fear of enclosed areas with new people, which limits my ability to board there, but there were no issues here.
