Lydia takes such great care of Charlotte. She is attentive and provides daily updates and photos. I always have peace of mind when she is caring for Charlotte.

Her communication was prompt, professional, and always cheerful, which made coordinating everything a breeze. I was very pleased with Jocelyn's Drop-In visits while we were away. She was great at keeping me informed of her daily visits by both texts and photos while caring for our cat, Dexter. She was very professional and performed all items that were listed. I felt comfortable and relaxed having her supervision while on vacation.
