Sammi went above and beyond, sending us daily updates with photos and videos that made us smile and kept us worry-free while we were away. Tiny Kitty, who can be a bit shy, warmed up to her quickly, and Merlin was clearly smitten, purring away in every picture! The house was spotless when we returned, and the cats were happy, healthy, and relaxed—a true testament to Sammi’s attentiveness and care. Her communication was prompt, professional, and always cheerful, which made coordinating everything a breeze. It’s clear Sammi has a special talent for pet sitting, and we feel so lucky to have found her. Michael is a dog person, but took excellent care of my three cats while we were out of town. He arrived when he said he would and followed their feeding and cleaning routine exactly as written. I wouldn’t hesitate asking him to take care of my girls again. Thank you!

Responded quickly to a late request to do a home visit. Took my pup out to stretch his legs and fed him dinner. Communicated well about her plan and sent pictures, which was awesome!
