Melissa took care of our cat on our last trip and we had no doubt we wanted her again for this past trip. She also watched over our dog this time and he warmed up right to her. She keeps an open communication, no issues with administering medications and she sent us daily pics of the furbies which were also great captured moments to let us know they were in good hands. This was our first time to meet Lily. She dropped in on our cat daily for 9 days and came prior to our trip to meet him. Each time she was punctual, pleasant, and professional.
