Amy and Kris took such good care of my dog! They welcomed him into their home with loving arms, and I could tell from the updates that he felt right at home. They were great about communicating with me everyday, and I loved seeing pictures of my pup looking so happy. This was my first experience with Rover, and I'm so glad I chose this option for my dog. This is our second time using Krystal for our cat, Horace. Krystal is always quick to respond, sends lots of updates, and loves Horace like one of her own cats. We definitely plan to use Krystal again in the future!

Tania was wonderful and super flexible. We had our roof replaced which was very loud and frightening to a 9 pound dog! Tania accepted my request and cared for Gidget at her house so the dog was not traumatized by all the noise. Gidget seems right at home there. This is her third visit to Tania's house.

Jennifer was AMAZING with my dog, kept me updated on how she was doing, sent me great pictures, and made me feel totally at ease leaving Piper with her. Piper had a great time, received a ton of love and affection, and settled into Jennifer’s home quickly. It was really nice to be able to visit my family on the west coast without having to be stressed out over how Piper was doing. I am so grateful I got lucky enough to find Jennifer and will absolutely rebook with her in the future.

My Boston Terrier throughly enjoyed staying with Maria and her 4 legged babies. She was fast in responding to emails and more than will to answer any questions. And she is supper flexible. We will use again. Thanks Maria! ❤️

Megan and her family have watched my dog, Haley, twice now and both times were a great experience. Haley can be a bit timid and shy but she’s always comfortable with Megan’s family and Lottie! Updates were sent every day, along with pictures. 10/10 recommendation Megan and her family for your pet sitting needs.

Our little guy Mason did wonderfully at Terry’s. She sent us pictures and updated frequently. She gave us lots of tips on training our new pup. She’s awesome.

Shareem was very kind and welcoming and took great care of my Zuko. She shared numerous photo updates throughout his stay and always kept me informed of his stay.

Sheri was AMAZING! We got pictures everyday we were gone along with updates on our dog’s day. Spanky had an amazing time with the whole family and was even a little sad to leave! We will definitely be booking Sheri when we have our next trip!

Laura was amazing! She took great care of Lilo and sent plenty of updates for my peace of mind. Communication was great and I would 100% recommend Laura :)

Michele was great! I needed someone last minute to watch my lab for a day while we had a fence built. She was so friendly and a great communicator. I could also tell she really cared for Ember. Will definitely call her again!

Moose had a great time with Matt while he was staying with him. I appreciated the twice a day updates with pictures. Looking forward to having Moose stay with Matt in the future.

Brandon was great! It was my first time boarding my older dog, so we set up a meet and greet at Brandon’s. He has lots of space and several friendly dogs. He was respectful, professional and understood my dog’s needs. He took care of my dog as if he was one of his own and regularly sent me updates. I highly recommend Brandon and will definitely use him again. Thank you!

Nikki was my first experience with Rover and boarding my dog in general. To say i was nervous is an understatement. Nikki offered a meet and greet which alleviated a lot of my stress. My schedule was unpredictable so i could not even offer a concrete date and time for my pickup. Nikki was understanding and accommodating every step of the way. Not long after i dropped my dog off, Nikki started sending pictures and videos of my pup having the. time. of. her. life. There was zero stress on my end once i dropped her off. My dog is usually uncertain around most other dogs, but she played with her two sweet pups like they’d been friends forever. I cannot recommend Nikki enough; she’s reliable, flexible, communicative, and kind.

James was awesome! Very responsive with communication and sent periodic updates during Pyro’s stay. Highly recommend!

Jennifer watched my dog Daisy for a week. She sent pictures and updates every day! Daisy seemed happy to be there and I felt confident leaving her with Jennifer! I hope Jennifer can watch her next time we go on vacation!

Absolutely the best dog sitter! Her home is immaculate and dog friendly. She make sure your dog is safe at all times. Very responsive to emails and texts. Dogs get supervised outside playtime in a beautiful fenced in yard. Highly recommend !

I can’t put into words how awesome Michelle was - she sent so many photo updates throughout our dogs stay because she knew how much we missed him. I felt so comfortable and confident leaving our pup in Michelle’s care! Her dog, Milo, was an awesome playmate for Moose and was so sweet to him! Her fenced in backyard was also such a nice space for the dogs to run around and play in. If you’re looking for an attentive, dog-loving pet sitter in Richmond, I highly recommend Michelle😊
