I just used rover for the first time since being re-located from California to Virginia and Lisa was fantastic! I was a bit nervous at first because I’ve never left my pets for more than a few days but I received plenty of communication and pictures during visits not to mention I got to drop in using my pet cam and see Lisa at work. Very sweet and a great personality, my kitty was able to warm up to her snd come out for pets after a few visits. Highly recommend! Thank you Lisa, definitely plan to call you again when I go out of town.
Holli was above and beyond while watching my cats! She is so kind and responsible, and was even able to get our shyest cat to greet her! Not only did she give constant updates, but was also incredible flexible and responsive through out her stay. I can’t recommend Holli enough as I am 100% certain your pets will be in the best care! I will for sure be contacting Holli in the future :)
Alyssa was great with our kitty, who is normally very shy with new people but came out just about every day to spend time with her and pose for pictures. In addition, Alyssa took our garbage cans out for pickup on collection days and even vacuumed the cat's room the day we returned from our trip. She's now at the top of our list for rebooking!
Avery always takes great care of our Tater. She was very helpful stepping in at the last minute when we needed to go out of town unexpectedly.
