We found Ranchaela after our reservation was cancelled elsewhere. We scheduled a meet and greet with a quick turnaround. I loved her interaction with our puppy and she made him feel at home. Jonathan was very communicative and kind to Magneto and Electro, and was patient with Electro’s nervousness and accidents. Jonathan sent pictures and updates frequently, and gave recommendations for how to use Rover and what to look for in boarding situations to help Electro feel comfortable.
