This was my first time using Rover, and I’m very impressed and thankful that we came across Yiyi! Our cats can be shy around strangers, but Yiyi’s calm demeanor made them instantly warm up to her. She did a great job with feeding and playing with them. She also took a lot of care in making sure their automated devices were working properly and that everything was in the right place. And not to mention, we got some great photos of the kitties! You’ve found lifetime clients in us, Yiyi, we’ll definitely be booking you again in the future!

She was wonderful with our two cats! She sent lots of photos and regular updates, including details on food intake, litter box activity, and playtime, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away.
