Dog Boarding in Hanover

Amy and Kris took such good care of my dog! They welcomed him into their home with loving arms, and I could tell from the updates that he felt right at home. They were great about communicating with me everyday, and I loved seeing pictures of my pup looking so happy. This was my first experience with Rover, and I'm so glad I chose this option for my dog. Megan and her family have watched my dog, Haley, twice now and both times were a great experience. Haley can be a bit timid and shy but she’s always comfortable with Megan’s family and Lottie! Updates were sent every day, along with pictures. 10/10 recommendation Megan and her family for your pet sitting needs.

Nikki was my first experience with Rover and boarding my dog in general. To say i was nervous is an understatement. Nikki offered a meet and greet which alleviated a lot of my stress. My schedule was unpredictable so i could not even offer a concrete date and time for my pickup. Nikki was understanding and accommodating every step of the way. Not long after i dropped my dog off, Nikki started sending pictures and videos of my pup having the. time. of. her. life. There was zero stress on my end once i dropped her off. My dog is usually uncertain around most other dogs, but she played with her two sweet pups like they’d been friends forever. I cannot recommend Nikki enough; she’s reliable, flexible, communicative, and kind.

Our pup Mango had another wonderful stay with Cyndi! We love all the pictures and hearing how the days go! It’s such a comfort to us knowing how well taken care of Mango is with Cyndi. Thank you!

Jennifer watched my dog Daisy for a week. She sent pictures and updates every day! Daisy seemed happy to be there and I felt confident leaving her with Jennifer! I hope Jennifer can watch her next time we go on vacation!

I want to thank Krystal for being caring and understanding on my cat need. My cat was comfortable at her home. I was nervous about Sheba being around other cats. Krystal took great care in allowing Sheba to find her comfort zone. I would love to continue having her when I need a cat sitter.

I can’t say enough good things about Denton and Elizabeth and the care they provided for our dog while we were on vacation… it was a vacation for him too! They treated Floki like their own, and I highly recommend them. We never worried about how he was doing, and the pictures of the good times he was having were much appreciated. We’ll definitely be booking with them again!

Amber was great to work with. She responded quickly every time I reached out to her, including my initial request to book boarding with her. She sent pictures and updates, and my dog LOVED having another pup to play with while she stayed with Amber.

Michele was great! I needed someone last minute to watch my lab for a day while we had a fence built. She was so friendly and a great communicator. I could also tell she really cared for Ember. Will definitely call her again!

I can’t put into words how awesome Michelle was - she sent so many photo updates throughout our dogs stay because she knew how much we missed him. I felt so comfortable and confident leaving our pup in Michelle’s care! Her dog, Milo, was an awesome playmate for Moose and was so sweet to him! Her fenced in backyard was also such a nice space for the dogs to run around and play in. If you’re looking for an attentive, dog-loving pet sitter in Richmond, I highly recommend Michelle😊

My Boston Terrier throughly enjoyed staying with Maria and her 4 legged babies. She was fast in responding to emails and more than will to answer any questions. And she is supper flexible. We will use again. Thanks Maria! ❤️

Fantastic experience! Arlo was well taken care of and Nicole sent several pictures and videos of him while we were away. She is great with dogs and he was very comfortable with her. Will definitely use again!

Tania was wonderful and super flexible. We had our roof replaced which was very loud and frightening to a 9 pound dog! Tania accepted my request and cared for Gidget at her house so the dog was not traumatized by all the noise. Gidget seems right at home there. This is her third visit to Tania's house.

Fantastic week with Randi! Delby was well taken care of and we Randi sent pictures and updates daily. Extremely flexible with drop off and pick up. We will for sure use Randi again when we are headed in her direction!

Jennifer was AMAZING with my dog, kept me updated on how she was doing, sent me great pictures, and made me feel totally at ease leaving Piper with her. Piper had a great time, received a ton of love and affection, and settled into Jennifer’s home quickly. It was really nice to be able to visit my family on the west coast without having to be stressed out over how Piper was doing. I am so grateful I got lucky enough to find Jennifer and will absolutely rebook with her in the future.

Raye is great! Very communicative, polite, and friendly. My baby stayed three days with her and I was sent updates 3 times a day. My dog is an only pup so being with the other dogs allowed her to be very active and playful with other doggies. This was my first time booking and will be using her again for future bookings.

Sarah did a wonderful job taking care of our dogs. Leaving them can be nerve wracking, but from the moment we met her we felt confident that she was someone who truly loves dogs and would look after our babies. She asked the appropriate questions to make sure she understood our dogs needs and how to care for them. She took pictures and sent us lots of updates. I would definitely recommend her and will be using her again.

Brandon was great! It was my first time boarding my older dog, so we set up a meet and greet at Brandon’s. He has lots of space and several friendly dogs. He was respectful, professional and understood my dog’s needs. He took care of my dog as if he was one of his own and regularly sent me updates.
