Elena has seriously been an absolute LIFESAVER! Not only was she able to book a very last minute meet n’ greet for a weeks worth of drop-in visits, she was also exceptional in her communication. She truly went above and beyond to ensure my furbaby was well taken care of despite a very unexpected snowstorm throwing a major curveball in our original arrangement. Elena consistently put me at ease with her proactive response to worsening weather conditions, informative updates, and incredibly thoughtful accommodations. I cannot recommend her services enough and am definitely looking forward to working with her again!

Misty was wonderful with my cat, Apollo, over Thanksgiving! I was out of state and completely at ease knowing she was taking such great care of him. She sent daily updates and photos, which made being away so much easier. I had just bought an automatic feeder that started malfunctioning right after I left, and Misty handled it perfectly, making sure Apollo was fed and cared for. It really reinforced how important it is to have someone reliable checking in, even if you have automatic feeders and a water fountain. I’m so grateful for her help and will definitely book with her again! 🐾

Katherine took great care of our Sally. Communication was excellent and she followed instructions well. She is reliable, we look forward to working with her again and would highly recommend.

April is a pro at this job! She thinks ahead while I-the cat owner - am worried about last minutes things to pack 😊. We had a great meet and greet which made me confident about the care our cat needs. All went smoothly and perfectly at home while we were away. April sent pictures and comments at every visit 🙏

This was our first time hiring a sitter for our kitty and Ligia was great! She sent us multiple videos and pictures while we were gone. Merry was a much happier kitty when we got home than when we had to take him to the kennel. Definitely will go with Ligia for our next trip!

Laurie is amazing! She dropped in on our three cats and they THRIVED in her care! This has not been the case with past experiences (not with Rover or Laurie). My one cat in particular takes us leaving her pretty hard. She becomes very anxious, aggressively grooms and ends up losing weight. This did not happen in Laurie’s care; Lily actually gained weight! I am absolutely thrilled and it is incredible to have such peace of mind knowing you are leaving your pets with someone who goes above and beyond for them. I find Laurie to be personable and professional as well as dependable, considerate and clearly competent and compassionate with animals. I also want to say that this is the first time using Rover and am impressed with how the service is managed and like the ease of updates and check ins with the app, etc. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend both Rover and Laurie.

Mackenzie did a wonderful job taking care of my elderly kitty who needs extra attention and meds. I almost didn’t leave over Christmas because I was so worried about him, but she eased my concerns with thoughtful care, attention to detail, and detailed notes. I highly recommend Mackenzie and will be working with her in the future.

Matisa U was very friendly and took extreme care of our fur baby. She communicated well and sent pictures of Hazel during our time away from her.
