Catherine is clearly comfortable around dogs and wasn't taken aback when our young dog got a bit nervous when meeting her. She quickly established a good rapport with Tilda and they had a pleasant walk. Catherine is excellent at listening to owner information and feedback and was able to successfully employ the training strategies we use with Tilda. A very nice experience for all involved!
