House Sitting in Highland Springs

Oli was a GREAT pet sitter, very communicative, sent us daily pics and updates and graciously entertained my dad when he came by to chat. House was in perfect shape when we got home. Would absolutely book again!

Alex took such good care of our dogs, through a winter storm and all! All three dogs are 10+ and a bit of a handful but Alex made us feel like we could truly enjoy our vacation without worry. Very thankful to have found him!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Robin. We left Gidget, our 1yr old pup, and our two cats with Robin for a weeklong trip. It was the first time we’ve ever left Gidget behind with a sitter. Not only did Robin take excellent care of our crew, but she also sent regular check-ins and photos so we could see how great everyone was doing in order to have peace of mind and enjoy our vacation. Robin is very easy to coordinate with, responds promptly and left our home the way she found it. I know Gidget, Béatrix and Clover were loved on and well cared for the entire time Robin was looking out for them and will 100% try to book Robin for any future needs.

Averi is a God send. Our dog is a service dog and therefore has special requirements on the few occasions she is away from her person. Averi has formed a great bond with her and makes sure all of her training requirements are kept up in our absence. Being apart from her person is stressful for Sandy and Averi is super patient and understanding. We have used her multiple times and I would not use anyone else. Highly recommend!

Jordan did an excellent job taking care of our dog and cat. She sent consistent updates and photos and our house was well taken care of.

I’m so glad I found Amanda for dog sitting! It was wonderful to be able to have my pup in the comfort of his own home and she sent lots of update pics!

Jess was amazing! From the meet and great, to the communication before and during Junior’s care, Jess was an excellent sitter. Jess gave meds and even cleaned up an accident. I think Junior loved his time with Jess and whenever I go out of town or need a walker, I’ll be reaching out to Jess. Top notch and highly recommend.

Jonathan has been wonderful working with my 2 cats and my elder dog. Great with communication and sends lots of pictures to put my mind at ease while I’m traveling.

Steven is a great house sitter! My dog is suspicious of strangers, and he did everything right to establish trust with her. He sent nice updates and photos during the stay. Steven also took great care of the house and was extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

Allyson was so wonderful! We had a last minute request for her to come a day earlier than planned and she was flexible to accommodate this request. We have an elderly/senior dog with many needs and a cat and she helped care for them both while on a family vacation out of the country. She sent regular photos with updates on how they were doing and helped care for our senior dog who has many needs like daily medicine, frequent bathroom breaks (even in the middle of the night). We came home after a week away and it was almost like no one had been here how tidy the house was after her departure. She sent a list after leaving of everything she did before departure which was so helpful and appreciated. Allyson was great, definitely recommend her!!

Nikki was great! She was super quick to communicate, sent us lots of pictures, and our pup has been sleeping since she left because he’s so tired. We will definitely be reaching out in the future.

Appreciated Kaycey's flexibility when we had numerous changes in the first 24 hours due to flight delays. Her patience with our pups and willingness to work with our anxious pup was also super helpful & comforting. Thank you for taking care of our girls!

This was our first time leaving Molly with a sitter . Riley was great she came prior to meet Molly and they connected . The day we were leaving she came by that morning which gained more familiarity with Molly . When we got home everyone was happy. The comfort with Riley makes it easier now to leave Molly in such good hands . Thank you!

I will always go back to Alex as he is a delight, helpful, and patient with my pets. If you are on the fence, take the leap and go with Alex!!!

Erin was amazing! She stayed at our house while we went out of town for four nights and spent lots of time with our pup while also staying over night so he wouldn’t get lonely :) She popped in on her lunch break to let him out and provided us with lots of updates. She left the house spotless and even washed the sheets for us which we really really appreciated! Highly recommend. Will definitely use her again in the future. Thank you, Erin!

I left home in a rush when my mom suddenly fell ill and went into hospice. Vijay rallied in 24 hours and stayed with Ace for 9 days. I had so much going on with my mom - it was great to know that Ace was with his new BFF Vijay and I didn't have to worry about him. Vijay took him to two puppy classes that I would have missed, had him microchipped for me, and took him to a vet appointment that I scheduled before I knew I'd be out of town. Not only is she great with Ace, but she's a kind, compassionate person who is flexible and remains calm when things (like my canceled flight to Charlottesville due to the snow storm!) change at the last minute. I can't imagine having anyone else stay with Ace!
