House Sitting in Highland Springs

Hollie (Shaine goes by Hollie) was great! She was so good about sending daily picture updates of Mateo. She gave him so much love. Followed all the directions we laid out for her and we came home to a happy cat and a clean house!

Charlotte was an absolute rockstar with my 4 fur babies while I was out of the country! Due to not great WiFi, she took the time to text me separately to make sure I stayed up to date on everyone! She made sure to send me pics of all the babies throughout the day. If she can handle my crazy bunch then she could handle anyone’s babies!

I left home in a rush when my mom suddenly fell ill and went into hospice. Vijay rallied in 24 hours and stayed with Ace for 9 days. I had so much going on with my mom - it was great to know that Ace was with his new BFF Vijay and I didn't have to worry about him. Vijay took him to two puppy classes that I would have missed, had him microchipped for me, and took him to a vet appointment that I scheduled before I knew I'd be out of town. Not only is she great with Ace, but she's a kind, compassionate person who is flexible and remains calm when things (like my canceled flight to Charlottesville due to the snow storm!) change at the last minute. I can't imagine having anyone else stay with Ace!

My dog has major separation anxiety and he did great with Alex. She was responsive in scheduling, was more than willing to come meet Sparky and I before the scheduled visit. She took great care of Sparky and my place while I was away.

Amanda was awesome! She gave great updates and I could tell by the pictures she sent that our pupper was being well taken care off and happy! Would highly recommend!

Riley was great! Responded to all messages quickly, sent photo updates and even video of my pups playing. Left our home clean just like no one had been there. Highly recommend Riley. Hoping to use her services again in the future!

Camryn took care of our dog and two cats. She kept them fed, happy, and healthy during our short trip. We were glad to know they were in good hands.

First time using Oli’s services, and everything couldn’t have been better! She was punctual, reliable, a good communicator, and very caring with our dog Bodhi. She sent us fun updates every few hours. You could tell she was an experienced pet sitter. We felt comfortable leaving our dog with her. Will definitely book her in the future ✅

Scout is amazing. If you want someone who will care for your dog as you do, then Scout is the person you should choose. She will first come for a meet and greet, at which time I can guarantee that your dog will immediately warm up to her, sensing that she is a true dog lover. Scout is dependable and personable. In my experience with her she comes exactly at the time she says she will be there. She manages to make your dog comfortable when you are about to leave. My dog has usually in the past (four years) had separation anxiety when I leave, but with Scout there was no anxiety at all. When I need someone to stay with my beloved Carson I will always hope Scout is available.

Kate is great and we love having her watch our baby. She does a great job and we feel confident he's well taken care of. She also leaves the house neat and tidy which is much appreciated.

Kaycey was awesome! I had a work event and my sitter canceled on me at the last moment. But Kaycey saved the day and my pup was taken care of on a Saturday with such short notice! This was my first time using Rover or having a sitter and it was a great experience. Kaycey was professional and made me feel at ease while I was away. Thank you! 🐾

Eddie was fantastic with my pups!!! I knew the minute we all met him that he would be!! I have a little dog that is literally skeptical of everyone but immediately took to Eddie like he’s know him forever. He stayed over night with them and came to see them several times a day for potty and playtime. I will definitely be asking Eddie to sit for me in the future!!!!

Tess was amazing! Our pups were so happy and well taken care of. And when our flight was delayed, she dropped by one more time to let them out while they waited for us. I am so happy we found someone we can trust with our dogs!

Jazmine is a pleasure to work with through every step of the process. We were thrilled she was available when we needed her. She lived with our lab-mutt Murphy for four days earlier this month. She did a great job. She asked us how often we wanted updates via text and then followed through perfectly. She sent us pictures of Murphy - eating, playing, out on his walks, sleeping - every single day. It put my mind at ease knowing she was caring for our very favorite pup. We will definitely will be booking her for our future trips and recommend her enthusiastically!

Was very attentive with my 2 girls. Sent lots of pictures while I was on a trip and was very responsive.

Alex was wonderful I had a wedding and needed to book someone last second. My dogs loved him. He was very nice, polite and responsive. I will definitely keep using Alex as a dog sitter whenever I go out of town.

Caitlin went above and beyond. Our dog Xena was worn out when we came home. She also left our house looking better than what we left it. She is someone that I will absolutely be coming back to when we need a sitter for our girl.
