Lauren did great checking on our cat. She was communicative and sent pictures.

Charlotte was excellent with my dogs and cats. They were relaxed around her (very important with nervous animals), and were able to follow their routines even though a "new" person was doing it. That's a testament to how well Charlotte works with family pets. I'll be using her services again.
