House Sitting in Independent Hill

Nadia took such great care of our pets and sent so many updates. It definitely made me and my husband more comfortable being away from my fur children!

Emma was absolutely fantastic! We have four dogs, 3 high energy and one old lady, and we were having a hard time finding a good and reliable sitter whom we could trust to watch our dogs in our home. It is hard especially since one of our dogs was feral when we got her, so she can be skittish and slow to trust. Emma came and we knew she would be great from the start! We left for a long weekend, and received pupdates each day, with photos and videos! Our dogs felt Comfortable at home with her, and even our once feral dog settled in nicely and was cuddling with her! If the dogs approve, we approve!! Emma is AMAZING!

Ty took good care of Maddie over the Thanksgiving holiday. Maddie is highly sensitive and can get very stressed with people she has not spent time with. Ty and their partner came over a few days before my trip and Maddie loved them. Everything went smoothly from that day forward. (In fact Maddie sat by the front door last night hoping they would return!) I look forward to hiring them in the future.

Melissa was out of this world AMAZING !! I had a terrible Rover experience back in July so I was very nervous about finding a new pet sitter again, but Melissa very quickly settled my nerves. We did a quick meet and greet before her first pet sit which I find to be incredibly helpful. We talked about expectations and showed her around the house. Taking care of declining seniors is hard work but Melissa left my home in better shape than what I left it in and she communicated with me throughout the entire pet sit. I will absolutely book her again !!!

Jess was amazing! She took excellent care of both my pup and my house while I was away and couldn’t be more pleased. She gave me peace of mind while I was away visiting family for the holidays and I’m very grateful to her.

Mary took great care of out three kids while we were gone. She also took very good care of our house. She was very communicative and gave us multiple updates each day.

We love Maddy, she did a great job keeping us informed and taking care of our pup. She was so flexible, communicative, and caring. We will definitely be working with Maddy in the future.

Nicole did an amazing job, as always! She is so attentive to our 3 dogs and they are absolutely in love with her. We appreciate that she sends us updates on the dogs and is very respectful of our home.

Always appreciate Erica’s flexibility to watch our high energy dog in our own home. She is attentive enough to provide updates just about daily and we always come home to a house cleaner than we left it.

We had a great experience with Douglas! From the start, he was kind, professional, and clearly great with dogs. Tigressa warmed up to him right away, which made us feel at ease. While we were away, Douglas kept us updated with photos and messages — it was clear Tigressa was happy, well cared for, and getting plenty of love and attention. We came home to a relaxed pup and everything in order. Highly recommend Douglas to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter. We’ll definitely book with him again!

Tiffany was fantastic! She was prompt, caring, and my dogs took right to her. She kept me updated and made sure I was a comfortable as my dogs were. I highly recommend her and will request her again.

Andrea is conscientious, timely, and most important cares for our animals. We had her recently house sit for our beagle and two cats and she did a wonderful job. We are lucky to have such a talented member of Rover. In addition to house sitting, she also cares for animals at her home. She comes highly recommended not just but my husband and I but others as well. I called her reference who could not have said better things and she was right!

Riley really liked sharing his home with Dan. He took care of Riley's nutritional needs and made sure he stayed calm during storms and neighbors shooting practice. Will definitely have Dan watch Riley again in the future.
