Shaye was amazing! Will definitely use their services again!! Our cats are very happy on our return and I could tell they were well taken care of :)

Cassie was fabulous as always! She was able to watch our cats for nearly two weeks on short notice. She took fantastic care of them and did a great job with communication after each visit. Will definitely have her watch the cats again in the future!

Jasper was very communicative. He followed all of the instructions we left and took great care of our cats. He was very friendly during our meet and greet. We would definitely book him again.

Emily was so great and amazing with our cats while we were away. She was able to give our picky cat his medication with no problem, really made sure they were eating properly when she stopped by, and played with them with their favorite toys. Gave great report cards, and was easy to reach with any questions!

Grace is absolutely wonderful! Toffee and Moscato adore her. She takes care of them very well, is communicative, hardworking, and friendly. Super easy to talk to and work with. Definitely will be a regular client from now on!

Christina helped me greatly when I needed last-minute help with my two cats. She was so responsive and communicative and even took care of administering medication required for one of my cats. I so appreciate the smooth and worry-free experience I had, despite the last-minute nature of my request. Thank you Christina for being there for our kitties!!

It was our first time using Rover and we had such a wonderful experience because of Emma. She was always on time and very quick to respond. We had peace of mind during our vacation knowing that our cat Dubu was in good hands. We'll definitely be booking with Emma again in the future.

Caroline took such great care of my two cats while I was on vacation. You can tell she really loves cats and knows a lot about them. She sent me text updates with photos everyday so I could see how happy they were. I was almost afraid they wouldn't want to come back with me when I returned since they clearly had a good time with her :) I'll definitely be asking Caroline to look after them when I go out of town in the future.

Yiyi was a great sitter for my cat Joyce and was very communicative with all of the visits! I loved the photos she took of my cat! She gave my cat a lot of care and also went above to clean vomit when my cat ate too fast. She is very attentive and my cat (and I) definitely recommend her!

Leigh came and did check-ins with our senior cat for a week. Our cat has some medications and special food requirements and Leigh took it in stride. I also really appreciated her communication and timely updates! Coordinating meet and greet and check-in times was smooth. We will definitely be booking with Leigh again!

Anna is truly amazing! She would pick up on my kittie habits and communicate with me very promptly when she feels there may be an issue - no matter how small or big. I really appreciated her attention to detail. Overall, Anna's communication is so timely, clear, and thoughtful. And I think that's a strength like none other. My cats also loved her, I don't think they even missed me. I normally feel bad asking the sitters to send me pictures because personally I think it could be a tad bit annoying, but Anna would send me pics when they are being particularly cute or show me how my cats are cuddling with her non-stop! TL;DR, I am traveling for a wedding next weekend, and I already reached out to her to see if she could help me again. I hope Anna can be my kitties' loving and caring aunt forever! Please don't move from NYC!
