Dog Boarding in Kents Store

Robin is awesome! We received lots of photos and videos of our puppy throughout his stay which put our minds at ease since this was our first time leaving him with someone. He was just how we left him when we picked him up: happy, healthy and full of energy! Thanks Robin, We have found our doggy daycare!

Katina and Cheryl were wonderful and so was their home! The pugs thoroughly enjoyed their stay. I highly recommend! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our ladies!

Felt very comfortable leaving Buddy here. Not a worry at all while I was away. I also loved that I received updates and a picture during my trip. This will be my go-to when I have to leave town without Buddy.

Paula was great with our dog, Zoe. We had a bad experience at a kennel a little over a year ago and we have been slowly resocializing Zoe with other dogs since then. Paula knew how to supervise her with the other dogs in the house so that Zoe got prolonged exposure and play time with them. Paula was very responsive any time I contacted her. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Zach was absolutely amazing! Our two pups are not exactly known for being social creatures, but Zach managed to read them immediately and took the necessary steps to get them integrated into the pack. We also had earlier used his day care service and were highly pleased with that as well. We already have a follow up boarding stay booked for next month; so, yes, I would strongly recommend him for your pet care needs. Your dog will thank you.

Charissa and Alex are absolutely amazing! While I was nervous at first to leave my super anxious, under-socialized dog who had only ever been boarded a couple times in the past, they were wonderful with her! She was with them for 7 days and Charissa and Alex both worked hard with her on leash manners, house manners/rules, socialization and ways to decrease her anxiety. I am now able to take her out in public more without her becoming overly anxious as she seems more confident in herself and with letting me take the lead. I can now walk her without her actually walking me and pulling me everywhere. I can walk her without her reacting to everything and anyone in our path. She’s more calm in our home and asks to initiate playtime by bringing a toy to me and waiting and to to go outside by barking by the door and them sitting and waiting for it to be opened. The difference in her after one week with them is incredible. We will be returning for more training and using them for some daycare days as well as boarding needs in the future. I can’t recommend Charissa, Alex and Poindexter Park enough!

We just met Jesse & Emily the day I dropped off Bleu and they treated our boy like part of the family right away. I felt a good vibe during our Rover communication before booking and meeting them it immediately solidified my comfortable feelings of leaving Bleu with them! I received photos each day of his stay and it made me so very happy seeing him just so relaxed and laid back! We'll definitely inquire of their availability in the future!

This was my first time using Svitlana and it was a wonderful experience. She was so kind and loving toward Chloe. I appreciated the texts and photos of Chloe. It was comforting to see how happy she was with Svitlana and I'm already booked to use her again.

Our dog had a wonderful stay at Lindy’s house! She sent pictures and was great with communication. Our dog got lots of outside time and snuggles. He also loved playing with Lindy’s dog Gino. I would definitely use Lindy again!

Cynthia was wonderful! She has a nice fenced yard with agility equipment that my dog loved to play on with her daughter, and she also took my dog out for long walks, including to a dog park. She has a very sweet dog and Rufus seemed right at home with her family.

Ryan and Brittany were awesome. After meeting them we knew our dog was in good hands. Zeus loved playing with their daughter and their dog Josie. We received updates on what Zeus was doing. I highly recommend using them for your pet care. I will definitely be using them for our next out of town trip.

Jon and Stephanie did a wonderful job taking care of our baby! Penny is spoiled with the run of the house and plenty of outdoor time. I highly recommend Jon and Stephanie for your fur baby.

Annie was great! She really treated my boy like a family member while I was away, sent picture updates, and was responsive to all my messages.

Our goldendoodle, Sophie, loved her stay with Penny! She was very easy to communicate with and clearly cared for her dogs and Sophie very much!

Cookie is loved and taken well care of with Danielle!

Miranda is amazing! Would award 100 stars if I could. She has an adorable family and an amazing heart. Her kids and her dogs are great companions for any pet. She is flexible and communicative. Highly recommend!

Elizabeth was lovely to work with. She spent lots of time with Captain, playing and walking. Sent lots of pics and videos throughout the weekend too.

Aly was fantastic from the very start of our communication to after we picked up our Oreo from her care. She was very responsive to any correspondence, offered a visit to her home ahead of our departure to make sure Oreo was comfortable and that the relationship would be a good fit for all and exceeded all of our expectations for his care. She promised consistent communication and daily photos, which she did throughout his 7 day stay with Aly and her family. Her home and her arrangement was perfect for us and we feel we have found a friend and a loving caretaker to give us peace of mind that our Oreo is safe and sound in our absence. She quickly welcomed him into her family and gave him a home away from home. All of our requests and expectations were met and she exceeded a 5-star rating! Thank you Aly and family!!!
