House Sitting in Keswick

We were so lucky to have Emily stay in our home over Thanksgiving to take care of our dog, Goose, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She was warm, responsible, and immediately attentive to Goose’s routine and quirks. Throughout the stay, she sent thoughtful updates and adorable photos—Goose clearly adored her. She kept him on his feeding and walking schedule, gave him plenty of playtime and snuggles, and treated him like he was her own. Goose can’t wait to see her again!

Tessa did a wonderful job taking care of my dog and kitten while we were away. I almost never leave my fur babies in the care of a stranger, but she made me feel at ease while I was away. She was responsive and sent photos and updates. My dog Zuko looked so happy in the photos! She was also a very respectful guest in our home. She ran the dishwasher, took out the trash, and stripped the sheets before she left. I will definitely be hiring her again in the future!

After our first Rover sitter said they couldn’t do it. We were panicked to find a replacement. I am so glad I ran across Dakota and Rover. Took excellent care of both dogs and also the house. Any future trips will definitely get Dakota to watch our two dogs for us. Highly highly recommend.

Mary was great with our cat Monty! She was very communicative and spent lots of time with him over the 7 days she sat for us. The house was immaculate when we got back. Would 100% recommend her

Abby was absolutely wonderful! She made us feel so reassured and confident that our pets were receiving the BEST care! She took time to come meet our girls before the booking, got to know their personalities and let them get familiar with her. She is an absolute gem! We will definitely be calling her again!!

Nathan was so flexible letting us add an additional night. Frequent videos and updates of our dogs. Our very energetic lab was left very tired after a fun weekend with Nathan!

Mackenzie is so great! She takes good care of our cat, who loves her (and is not usually very warm to strangers). Our house is always well taken care of too.

Amanda is absolutely amazing! This is the first time I used Rover. Amanda was very communicative and sent photos each day. I will definitely use her again as a house sitter on our next trip. She even washed the sheets! The house was spotless. My dog was taken care of well the entire time we were gone.

Our pets absolutely love Jordan!! Jordan took amazing care of our 2 labs, 1 schichon, and 2 outside cats. Our small, nervous, anti-social schichon was charmed almost immediately. She was in Jordan's lap and sleeping with her on the very first day. It usually takes this pup a week (or more) to warm up to someone she doesn't know. We were thrilled they all got along so well! Jordan was amazing about communication; she checked in daily with pictures of our pets. Jordan's care and attention put us at ease our entire vacation! When we got home, we had a clean house and clean sheets. We will definitely be scheduling our vacations around Jordan's calendar! Thank you so much Jordan <3

Allison took great care of all of our babies. We would definitely recommend her and hope she can sit for us again.

Danielle is a great sitter. We had no issues with her staying in our house and caring for Hachi and Gizmo. We arrived home early and the house was very neat and tidy. She kept us up to date with photos and texts while we were gone. We will definitely look to use hee the next time we need a house/pet sitter

I appreciate that Amanda was able to care for all our pets for a long weekend. She was responsive and able to flex her schedule a bit for our needs.

Meaghan and Kyle were great! They watched our pup Ollie during our wedding and were so accommodating. They helped manage him through pictures and then watched him at their home for the night. It was great knowing he was safe and happy!

Tess was amazing! Our dog is very sweet but high energy and Tess stayed in our home to care for her for 6 days. She was very responsive and our dog seemed to really enjoy spending the week with her. Definitely recommend!

Kala was incredibly communicative, thorough, kind and caring to Cado! We would definitely recommend her to anyone!
