Julianne was great! She is friendly, provided detailed daily reports, followed my instructions and left my house exactly the way I left it ??. You can tell she cares about your fur baby. I would certainly ask her to watch Mona again.

Collin is very flexible and quick to respond! He was not overwhelmed with a dog's energy and even gave him some extra love! We are very appreciative of him and will definitely be using him again in the future.

Mary was amazingly responsive, flexible, and was loved by Minnie. She was the first rover I used, and set the bar HIGH!! I will definitely be trying to have Mary take care of my dog again, and recommend her to anybody else.

Overall, it was a great experience, I would definitely recommend her. I wish I could give a 4.5-star review. Rose took care of our furball well. We returned to a well-fed and not upset cat, which was great! The only thing I wished we received more was a bit more of what she did with him during her visit, we're used to other Rovers giving us a "today Tamal was extra sweet, we cuddled we played, and gave him rubs!" and plenty of pictures, we only got 1 each day, and we missed him! She told us he knocked over his ceramic treat container and so she cleaned that mess and made sure he was okay, so we appreciated that a lot.

Asia was prompt with messaging and provided great pictures and report card! Working with her was a breeze and she really tried to make Kona as comfortable as possible for a drop in visit!

Aura did an amazing job watching our cats over the holidays! She sent daily updates and pictures which were so appreciated. She even took care of some unexpectedly large packages that arrived while we were away. We are so grateful!
