House Sitting in Locust Grove

We appreciate Allison so much! And more importantly Zeus loved her! I was so nervous as we have just recently moved here and haven’t had the luxury of forming a relationship with someone yet. A friend suggested Rover and I reached out to Allison. She is very responsive. She has experience with GSDs and understood Zeus’s nerves around other dogs. She seemed to really appreciate his training and he got loads of attention, playtime, and love. During the stay she sent me pictures, videos, and a daily recap! Wow!! To see his happy face and hear about their adventures and cuddles just put me so at ease so that I could really focus on my work while away. It even gave me chances to laugh and smile after a long day knowing he was feeling free enough to be his silly self. She was so amenable to my requests and questions and coordination for our return home. Upon arriving home, she had gone the extra mile to ensure the house was in order and even took the sheets and blankets off the bed and put them in the laundry room for us! I know that every time I travel and need someone to be with our pup, NO hesitation in booking Allison! Incredibly blessed to have found her, we are truly smitten!

Caitlin was terrific! She took great care of the critters, sending us lots of updates and photos. She even left the house cleaner than she found it! Everyone took to her immediately during the meet-and-greet and when we returned from vacation the pets were happy, healthy and safe. Communication was quick and clear during the entire process. Highly recommended!

Lee was great with our dog, Sally! We hired Lee to watch Sally during our wedding, but she also brought Sally to come participate in our photos in between the ceremony and reception. She showed up right on time and was able to handle our dog with ease. She was super laid back with our unusual requests and was very personable with all the people she ended up having to interact with on our big day. Thank you!

Allyson was so wonderful! We had a last minute request for her to come a day earlier than planned and she was flexible to accommodate this request. We have an elderly/senior dog with many needs and a cat and she helped care for them both while on a family vacation out of the country. She sent regular photos with updates on how they were doing and helped care for our senior dog who has many needs like daily medicine, frequent bathroom breaks (even in the middle of the night). We came home after a week away and it was almost like no one had been here how tidy the house was after her departure. She sent a list after leaving of everything she did before departure which was so helpful and appreciated. Allyson was great, definitely recommend her!!

I initially met Jo through my Vet clinic, she was always so calm and patient with my dogs and so I was thrilled to learn she had a Rover. I had a bad experience with a previous Rover and I was skeptical on whether on using this app again but I made an exception as I knew her from the vets office. My dogs have anxiety and are a lot to handle (barking- lots of it, diarrhea- stress colitis) but she has been wonderful with them. She sends me updates and takes pictures/videos during her stay which is great for those like myself who like to know what their dogs are doing 24/7. For me as an anxious older dog mom having someone that I can trust to take care of my fur babies is my number one priority and for me and my babies Jo is that someone. She has such a caring personality and I know that is something happened to my babies she would do everything in her power to make sure they were taken care of. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a caring, trustworthy, and attentive Rover.

We had Miranda house and dog sit for us over a few days. She was excellent and we’ll gladly ask her back.
