Raiza has great communication and is quick to respond. She gave details and included pictures for every walk. She was also able to walk my dog an additional day on short notice. I would definitely work with Raiza again.

It takes a lot of patience and time for my Bella to let her guard down. Bella absolutely loves Heidi. She’s punctual, communicative, patient, and a kind spirit. Went on a long overseas trip recently and I can’t think of a more qualified person. Truly a gem!

I am so grateful I found Ciara available to walk my dog Luka last night!!! I appreciated her was friendliness, clear thorough communication and promptness in responding to my booking request. She took the time to log distance and time walked on map and his number of potty breaks and photo. My dog Luka wouldn’t stop barking around people no matter how much treat he gets. But last night he behaved so well, doing his sit, down commands in a few seconds after he met Ciara. I am so glad Luka and I got to know Ciara and now have a wonderful (not any!) go to person in Rover. Thanks Ciara:).

Katherine is a PHENOMENAL dog walker! My puppy Bella Joy absolutely loves her! Katherine is gentle, kind and thoughtful. Her personality and spirit are the perfect fit for our family; we trust her wholeheartedly with our fur babies and look forward to booking with her. I highly recommend her.

I really don’t write reviews, but I decided to do it because it is important to recognize the hard work and dedication that Jeannette put into her job to make our dog, who was going through some separation anxiety by acting strange and not letting anyone near him especially with the prior pet sitter. Jeannette is patient, she took it one day at time, and gained our dog’s trust. We are so happy with Jeannette beacuse our dog is back to being his normal, sweet self!

Jamie did a great job walking my two dogs. I hate when I have to work long shifts and knowing that my puppies will have some companionship while I’m away is a great feeling.

We booked Grace for 1st time 30 minute dog walking and to sit with our dog for 30 min cuddle time. We were organizing an event in our neighborhood. I contacted Grave the morning of service to make sure all was good, which she acknowledged. She was suppose to come to our house at 1:30. I received message asking for my address at 2:30. At 3:30, I received another message that she wouldn’t be able to come and would give me a refund. I was so concerned about our dog that I left our event to head back to house. Upon getting to house, her car was in driveway and had our dog in yard. Went back to our event and packed things up and got home about 4:15, and she was still there. I asked what was wrong and she said my address was wrong as listed on Rover. She hadn’t walked our dog. There was so much miscommunication on this service that I question whether Rover is right for me. I do appreciate her coming to my house and looking after Sally for me.

I needed someone to walk my dog on short notice. Marcela was quick to respond and was able to do a meet and greet the same day. The questions she asked showed she has lots of experience working with animals. She gave details about the walk and included a picture. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Marcela again.
