From the moment we met, her professionalism and genuine love for animals were evident. My puppy returned home happy, well-cared for, and seemingly having enjoyed a vacation of his own! Communication was consistent and it put my mind at ease knowing he was in such capable hands. I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking top-notch care for their furry friend. Cyndi watched our two dogs (11 years and 1.5 years old) for 8 days while we were visiting family. It was our longest time away from our youngest dog, who is a ball of energy. Cyndi was absolutely amazing throughout our entire trip. While we were nervous about leaving them for so long, lots of daily pictures (of our dogs having a blast) put our mind at ease. Her communication was awesome and her care for our dogs was just like they were family.

Zach was absolutely amazing! Our two pups are not exactly known for being social creatures, but Zach managed to read them immediately and took the necessary steps to get them integrated into the pack. We also had earlier used his day care service and were highly pleased with that as well. We already have a follow up boarding stay booked for next month; so, yes, I would strongly recommend him for your pet care needs. Your dog will thank you.

Sheri did a great job of taking care of my spoiled little chihuahua mixes. They are usually not happy away from home but seemed very comfortable with her. I will not hesitate to use her services again.

Elizabeth was an excellent sitter for our dog over the holidays. She kept us informed daily of how he was doing, what he did that day and always included a picture. It made us feel at ease while we were away to know he was safe, loved, getting exercise, and staying busy. We will definitely use Elizabeth again if we need a sitter. Thank you!!!

Our dogs Stevie and Walnut boarded with Lucky for the weekend. Our dogs had great time playing with their pups, we got lots of updates and pictures! Thank you for taking such good care for them!!

I'm so glad Cassandre was available to watch our pup Tsumi. She took wonderful care of Tsumi and I was able to be kept up to date and be reassured by regular photo and video updates while I was away.

Don't think twice before booking Utsav & Jenisha to care for your fur-baby!! They boarded my 7 year old Maltipoo for almost a week... And they were amazing at every turn. From the moment we met they were awesome with keeping communication open and flowing. They sent tons of pictures while we were away... And updates galore! Made leaving our precious pup so much easier. They knew we were nervous and made us feel so at ease. We will 100% be using them again!!!

Helen was wonderful! She sent pictures and/or videos daily, and I could check in on Bauer anytime with her cameras. I felt like he was on vacation, too - he was clearly having a great time, and he even learned a new trick! She will be the first person I contact the next time I go out of town. Thank you SO much for taking such great care of my Bauer!

Milo had a great time with Paula and immediately started playing with her other furry friends! We like Paula’s laid-back and welcoming vibe. She took care of Milo’s medicine needs and made him feel at home. She sent us photos and replied promptly to our questions. If your pet loves to play a lot and snuggle a lot, I recommend Paula!

Matt is AMAZING!!! My dog had the best time at his place, where he has everything doggy proof and a nice backyard for the dogs to play! He also sends amazing updates and pictures! My dog will for sure be a regular with Matt! Thank you again Matt!!! :)

Laura took very good care of our dog. She kept me updated on her status and sent pictures. I would book again with Laura and recommend her to my friends.

Terry was very attentive to my dog’s needs. She has a lot of experience with handling different types of dogs. She took Leia out for multiple walks throughout the day and to socialize with other dogs in the Short Pump Dog Park. She has all the essential amenities at home for dog boarding, including dog toys and treats. I am happy that my dog found such a wonderful temporary mom for the holiday season. Jenna did an excellent job watching our dogs, Emmy and Jack. They enjoyed a wonderful stay in a beautifully maintained home with a spacious backyard. Will definitely use Jenna again. You should too. You won’t regret it.

I can’t put into words how awesome Michelle was - she sent so many photo updates throughout our dogs stay because she knew how much we missed him. I felt so comfortable and confident leaving our pup in Michelle’s care! Her dog, Milo, was an awesome playmate for Moose and was so sweet to him! Her fenced in backyard was also such a nice space for the dogs to run around and play in. If you’re looking for an attentive, dog-loving pet sitter in Richmond, I highly recommend Michelle😊
