Sarah did an amazing job with my pups! They had so much fun being in her company & that of her fur baby, Jack! Thank you so much for taking great care of Sammy & Sylvie… they had a blast! I highly recommend Sarah! ☺️

Elizabeth was lovely to work with. She spent lots of time with Captain, playing and walking. Sent lots of pics and videos throughout the weekend too.

Zach was absolutely amazing! Our two pups are not exactly known for being social creatures, but Zach managed to read them immediately and took the necessary steps to get them integrated into the pack. We also had earlier used his day care service and were highly pleased with that as well. We already have a follow up boarding stay booked for next month; so, yes, I would strongly recommend him for your pet care needs. Your dog will thank you.

Jack came home with a bag that included notes on his stay as well as treats for him and me! I received pictures while he was there and updated daily with how he was doing. Lucky was very accommodating as I kept missing our time to do a meet and greet but she still was happy to have Jack! He is looking forward to his next visit.

Courtney sent pics every day! Our pup Willie seemed very happy while he was there. Courtney also had her own dog/other dogs for Willie to play with which was great!

I really lucked up on finding Damacia on Rover! She is Great! I can tell she has plenty of patience with the pups. She keeps me informed, and shares pictures everyday! This is my second time letting her watch my Bentley. I’m so glad I found Damacia!

Best sitter ever! Amy definitely loves animals & loves what she does. Great communication. I received updates on my pup w/o having to ask. Malfoy was definitely loved in her home & had a great time. Would definitely rebook.

This was my first time using rover. Elizabeth was great. She put me at ease with lots of pictures and information. My dog was happy to see me but not crazy out of control. Many thanks. This was just the right app and person for me so I could go on vacation.

Excellent communication from the start. Pepper loved his stay at Cyndi’s home- the one on one attention was needed for our situation, her property (yard, cul de sac, stream!!) and was an adventure and leash walking, what he was used to. Her home was dog friendly and enticing (toy bin!) and set up like home for a big dog- we brought his bed and she provided one too! So thankful and already booked another stay.

Sheri and her family were fantastic sitters for Ruger during the week we were on vacation! This was our first time having someone who was not immediate family/friends dog sit for us and Sheri put all of our worries at ease almost immediately. Prior to his stay, she invited us to her home to have a meet and greet to make sure everything was good for us which was very nice. They took him on adventurers and outings so I know he had a good time. She sent updates with photos daily (and usually multiple times a day!) which made us feel so much better about being away. She was accommodating in every way and extremely responsive. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Sheri and look forward to having her watch Ruger again in the future.

Matt was great with my Henry. I got timely updates and felt very comfortable leaving my co-pilot with him. Henry was super happy when I picked him up. I will definitely board again.

Cassie was absolutely AMAZING with Cato. She was prompt with her communication and sent us photos and videos of Cato everyday. Our normally shy fur baby instantly warmed up to Cassie and loved the attention and cuddles! He was extremely well cared for. Thank you, Cassie! We would highly recommend her services!

This was our first time using Dawn's services, and she exceeded our expectations. She patiently waited outside for quick pickups and drop-offs, provided updates 2 to 3 times a day with wonderful photos, and generously shared her own dog's food with our pup when we ran out. We highly recommend her and will definitely return in the future.

Loved meeting Dante and Quincy. They were wonderful with my little dog and they had many sweet mannered dogs in their home for my dog to play with. Thank you for the pics and videos also :) it looked like a fun weekend for Theo :)

Jeffrey was great! Great communication and provided several pics during my pups multi-day stay. We also did a meet and great so my pup could get familiar with the space. We have to have the fi collar since our dog is a runner and happily obliged with getting the app. Definitely would book Jeffrey again and recommend him to others!

Taryn went above and beyond while taking care of my dog, Dre. Excellent care and communication throughout his stay. I could not have been happier.

I can’t put into words how awesome Michelle was - she sent so many photo updates throughout our dogs stay because she knew how much we missed him. I felt so comfortable and confident leaving our pup in Michelle’s care! Her dog, Milo, was an awesome playmate for Moose and was so sweet to him! Her fenced in backyard was also such a nice space for the dogs to run around and play in. If you’re looking for an attentive, dog-loving pet sitter in Richmond, I highly recommend Michelle😊

Terry helped us last minute by taking care of Zoey for a week when we had a last minute Rover cancellation with another dog sitter. She sent lots of updates and made us feel secure that Zoey was in good hands while we were away. She’s very much a dog person.
