Jinx can be nervous around new people. Katie took extra time with her to get her more comfortable. By the end of the visit Jinx was sitting with her. She left a detailed report of what was done and how the visit went as well as pictures and video. She answered all my questions and worked with Jinx during our meet and greet. The extra time and care in communication made me at feel at ease know she was being well cared for.

Kacey is an absolute lifesaver! She came to my rescue not once, but twice during a major moment of need when my Litter Robot malfunctioned. Despite never having met me or my kitties before, she stepped in without hesitation and provided excellent care. Her willingness to help on short notice truly meant the world to me. I can’t thank her enough for her support and reliability. Highly recommend Kacey to anyone looking for someone kind, dependable, and incredibly helpful!

Christin is amazing! She was very accommodating and responded quickly for a last minute booking request. She was so understanding with all of my weird and quirky requests for our special needs kitty, and was able to pill him with ease. She sent detailed updates after every visit with super cute pics. Her care was a great relief- it made our vacation much more enjoyable knowing our furry kids were in such good hands!

Amy did a great job caring for my two kittens! Like any pet parent, I am always anxious to leave them behind so I really appreciated the detailed updates. Plus, I loved seeing all of the photos/videos from each visit. She is very reliable and I already plan to use her again!
