100/10!!! Avery was amazing with all our fur babies. All of our pets are seniors and I am always so nervous when leaving town, to the point I stopped going on trips. But I had to go for the weekend and Avery was a life saver! She followed all of their medication needs, ensured everyone was loved on, and even made sure our escape ready kitty stayed safe indoors. She sent us updates with the sweetest pics, and was so communicative the whole process. I am so happy to have found Avery and hope to use her services again in the future!
