She always sends pictures and updates on both of them and she has locked my door EVERY TIME which is very important for me because I've had people on this service just leave my doors unlocked when they leave. We adopted Maverick and Winston just a little over a year ago. They experience some anxiety when left alone for extended periods of time. Someone told us about Rover and we asked Rachel to do a drop-in visit. She is so sweet. Maverick and Winston took to her immediately.
