Great communication! I felt very comfortable leaving my four-foots in the Catherine's care.
Overall Natasha did very well. She was ten minutes late and I wish she had given some notice that she was running late. However she kindly extended the time to stay the full thirty minutes and even stayed an extra five on top of that. She followed all of my instructions perfectly and my dog is very happy and tired out. Thank you Natasha.
