First time using Rover and we got the privilege of having Janna. She is so sweet and kind and easy to work with. Extremely timely, very responsive, and very professional.

Dominque was awesome! She showed up on time to pick up our key and get a tour of the house. She provided us with multiple pictures every time she visited our cat. I will 100% look to use Dominque again for our future pet sitting needs!

Kristin is fantastic! She took wonderful care of my cat (who had complicated instructions) and sent great updates. Marcela has been watching after my cat Charlotte for a long time now whenever I travel. I’m currently fostering two kittens and she truly went above and beyond to take special care of them. Marcela is a wonderful angel and my cats love her!

Katelyn was great with my kitties! I had a temporary guest cat added during our course of communication and she totally was flexible and rolled with it without a problem. She gave me photos for every check in and took excellent care of all the boys. I would definitely book her again!

Emma was awesome! I booked her short notice for drop-in visits and she was quick to respond and super easy to work with. Each visit she left a detailed card with tons of pictures, and my dog was definitely happy to have her visit each time. Will be booking again if I need drop-in visits!

Hieu and Anna have been wonderful and patient with our little Chihuahua, Louie. He is very anxious and requires a few meetings until he’s comfortable. They’ve been understanding and have come over multiple times to get better acquainted with him and ease his nerves. We appreciate them so much. We are planning on going out of the country next summer and wanted to feel comfortable leaving him with a trusted caretaker. I 100% recommend them!

This was the second time that Sarah came by to check in on my two boys while I was out. She sent me some adorable pictures of Bucky and Benji. I especially loved the one of Benji stretched out on her lap. I will definitely have Sarah take care of them agsin.

Doreen was excellent! We felt incredible comfortable and secure with her caring for our 2 cats and 1 dog while we were away for a few days. Very flexible with our requests and for a booking only a couple days in advance. Highly recommend and will surely reach out to Doreen again ?

Skylar does a great job with my 2 golden retrievers! She’s on time and responsive.
