This was our first Rover experience and Ashley made it an easy and positive experience for us from the start. She set the conditions for success with a video call before booking and afterwards we made arrangements for her to pick up a key and meet our cats. Thereafter, Ashley demonstrated excellent communication skills. During each drop-in visit we were notified when she arrived and when she left. She provided notes on her visit, the cats’ health and behavior, and photos. We trusted Ashley with our home and with our pets and she did not disappoint. We will use Ashley again and highly recommended her services to others.

Once again, Sara has been such a saving grace in caring for our two cats while we needed to leave town. She’s always very timely and it’s evident the cats love having her around. Thank you Sara!

Montse is a gem! She was so sweet in checking on my kitto, made sure he got plenty of love and playtime and put soothing sounds on the TV when she left. I will definitely book with her again next time! Thank you, Montse!!

Angela was an absolute trooper and amazing pet sitter!!! Turns out my husband and I both deadbolted all our doors….so Angela couldn’t get in to the house. She was so calm and worked with one of our friends to get in the house, I literally can’t thank her enough for not giving up! After all that mess, she took the time to always bring our packages in, vacuum up after my cat (she’s a messy eater) , give her treats! And on the last day she vacuumed my entire first floor which was so sweet! Thank you Angela!!!

I received photos of my kitty everyday. Tashaun was very friendly and took great care of her. The next time I am out of town he will be my first choice!

Dea cared for our 2 cats for nearly 20 days while our family traveled. We received daily updates that reassured us they were shown attention and love. One of our cats has a medical condition that requires extra help. Dea confidently took care of her needs and we picked her up in perfect health. Thank you Dea for looking after our precious cats like we would. We are happy to have a sitter to use in the future that we can trust.

Absolutely perfect. She is a true animal people and a people people as well. What a personal delight and a great worker. Only have to let her know once what you want and it'done...and done right! The cats and I feel like we have a new friend.
